Very rude people. I walked in to put my laundry in and lady freaked out about me having my dog even though their were no signs there that said no dogs allowed. Won’t be coming back.

This place is great! They're open as advertised unlike other places in the neighborhood. And you can either have them do your laundry or do it yourself. And of course you can purchase detergents, etc and get coins from the friendly staff!

When I went, there wasn't anyone else doing laundry on Saturday afternoon. After 30 min a few people came in bit they have 15+ washers so here was no shortage. They also have larger washers I. The back do you dont always have to do an extra load.

I LOVE THIS LAUNDROMAT! The machines are very big and the dryers work very efficiently. I never have to put more than 30 minutes time to dry. Also conveniently located on 1st and 71st for hospital residents working in the area and people in the upper east side. I've learned that it's just about the same price to get your laundry washed and folded here vs. doing it yourself. Great for dropping off and picking up right after a workday. The price is $8.99 for 9 pounds and .90 for every lb over after that. What a steal for the convenience. For dry cleaning a work dress, the cost is $8 compared to $15+ anywhere else. I do not see a difference in the quality of my clothes or services with the price difference. As an added bonus, the worker ladies are very nice and are able to communicate even with limited English. The other downside is it can get really busy here and the place is small. I get my laundry washed and folded here since discovering the place. Would highly recommend their services.

Recently reopen after the renovation, all of the washing machines and dryers are brand new. They provide both drop off service and self service. The place is very clean and neat. The staffs are wonderful and helpful.

Really great and easy for self-service! Very clean, quiet, and not too busy. Pricing is competitive to others nearby: about $7 for a large load (which is about 2 regular-size loads), and is 25¢ per 5 minutes drying. Quarter machine on premises.

This laundromat is very clean and has both self service and drop off. I have only used the self service. The machines are mostly new/in very good condition. They have a quarter machine on site, as well as detergent for sale (I would recommend bringing your own detergent, though - they sell it for $1.25 each). The machines are $4 for the small size and $7 for the larger size (additional $1 for extra rinse). The dryers are 25 cents per 5 minutes. They have benches to sit on and wait while you do your laundry in case you don’t want to keep leaving and coming back. Quite expensive in comparison to in-building laundry services but I guess laundromats in the city are just this expensive...

I drop off.....They return laundry clean, folded and sorted. Very friendly and clean. After being a patron for a while, this place really has the neighborhood friendly vibe. They've even placed inspirational quotes and such all over the walls. There is a change machine, as well as the usual laundry soap dispenser which us easily accessible to customers. Pardon me...I need to head over and drop off about 30 pounds of laundry :)

Place is clean with a friendly staff. Can get busy during peak times. Limited folding space. If you can get a machine and dryer right away you can have your laundry done in an hour. Or you can just drop off your laundry. Prices are fair. Washing machines are 4 to 6 USD, dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes. All machines use quarters and yes there is a coin dispenser.

Although it’s far from my staying place, it’s still worthy. The place is nice and clean. Small load is $4. Medium is $7. The dryers is 5mins per quarter.

They reopened a few months ago. The place is super clean with new machines (a lot of them). Both do-it-yourself as well as laundry service. I walk 3.5 blocks to go here. Four instead of five stars since the opening hours (last wash 1.5 h before closing, usually at 6:30 pm) are quite short.
