I have been using On the Go Laundry NYC services for last six months and have been very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. Recently, however, one of my tops came back damaged. Naturally, I was upset. But, my complaint was handled professionally by customer service and we found an acceptable resolution. It is not surprising that problems would arise in this business, what matters is how the problems are handled. Rebecca managed the problem well.

Good place for same day delivery and pickup. Pretty easy to book it directly through the website and its cheap. I normally send out for my laundry and I have to walk two blocks and its not a big deal but its actually more expensive through the local laundromat then it is for this guy to pick it up and deliver it same day. Even the dry cleaning was the same day. Solid service.

Great service. I've used other companies before and they take days to get clothes back and are very pricey. This was next day delivery and prices were the same as if I dropped off at a store front. Very impressed, will be using again.

Great service. My girlfriend and I have been using them for about 6 months and honestly no complaints. Clothes come back fresh and the pricing is great compared to all the other overpriced city services. We highly recommend.

This is the best laundry service in NYC I have used. Rick, the owner, is fantastic with his service. Laundry comes back cleaner than from other places I used to use, and if there is ever an issue (rare), he's super responsive, easy to speak to, and always makes things right. He reliably picks up and drops off our laundry, it comes back super clean, and the price is reasonable. What more can you ask for? Keep up the good work!

I at first thought they were good but they are not that great. My clothes have come back with stains still on them, bleach stains, obviously they don’t separate. Yes, at first they seemed inexpensive but then I realize it’s not worth it. Looking elsewhere

Amazing service! Prices are great and the clothes were picked up and dropped off on time. I've used them for both wash/fold laundry and dry cleaning, and have been extremely satisfied every time. Couldn't recommend more highly!
