Their hours are erratic. They close pretty much whenever they want. You may show up at 8 and be turned away or you may show up at 6 and find the doors locked.

Do not use this laundromat. Many of the machines don't work even though they are not marked as out of order. I lost money on a non working machine and they refused to give me my money back.

THIS IS THE WORST CLEANERS IN THE WORLD!! 1. Their cleaning is horrible. I once sent a suit in for cleaning and it came back missing a button.THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE! 2. They raised their prices on laundry and now the cost is crazy high. 3. The customer service is disgusting they don't know what it means the customer is always right.WHEN THEY MESS UP MY SHIRT AND IT COMES BACK WITH A NEW STAIN THE GUY BLAMED IT ON ME!! 4. My laundry comes back smelling horrible. NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE TRUST ME YOULL THANK ME LATER THERE ARE OTHER CLEANERS NEARBY ITS WORTH THE WALK I PROMISE YOU.

Best laundry service in the Heights! Custom tailoring is also available The hours are from 7 am to 9pm... If you make it in by 8:59 for a drop off they wont refuse you. Per Management the last wash is @ 7pm so they can go home to thier families by 9pm . The staff is courteous and the facilities are clean and they also have snacks and drinks if you don't bring your own. Prices can't be beat,and the pick up delivery and service for your convenience.

The people there are usually nice and friendly and ready to assist. I just go there until I can move out because the laundry at my building is terrible. Sometimes it gets crowded and a lil dirty and the bathroom isnt good there. I get my laundry done in an hour or two there and I dont spend over $20 on wash and drying 4 loads but Honestly they need responsible workers to get problems repaired and updated better and faster. ✔

They lost my $90 shirt and refused to refund the cost. I have returned 5 times and every time they just assure me that it will show up. This was 9 months ago.

Best in the area to do your laundry. Super spacious and most people drop off so it's crowded at all. Ever. Wish it was 24 hours or cheaper (my last laundromat was probably a dollar or less a load AND 24 hours). Too bad I have to hike my laundry up a hill when I'm done, but worth it since the other laundromat at 188th is so crowded.
