I walk my big bags of laundry past 4 competing dry cleaners and lanudromats because the owner is very nice and the prices are unbeatable in the area. I typically do the drop off and pick up thing, and the staff always takes great care of my clothes, even matching socks (which a lot of other places don't even attempt to do). Great place.

After my dryer stopped working I brought my wet clothes to Nick's Laundromat only to be told they don't dry clothes. I was prepared to pay for wash and dry, and then he told me there was a sign outside (that they only wash and dry) which I couldn't find as he told me to leave! Disappointing would be an understatement. I would walk 5 mile before going back to Nick's.

Use this store's service at your own peril - on two separate occasions my clothes were lost or damaged. Not to mention the owners behaved as though you owe it to them to do laundry here. Not going to give them another chance to ruin my wardrobe for a third time. You're better off with any of the other options in the area.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT!! Last wash at 6:30 PM. Closes at 8:00 PM. I started a wash at 6:20 PM. Plenty of time, right? No, WRONG!! It took forty minutes for the machines to wash, and then there were NO AVAILABLE DRYERS!! Had to wait... and wait... and wait... It was 7:20 PM by the time the dryers came available. At 8:00 PM sharp, the guy in charge ORDERED ME TO LEAVE!! Said he closes at 8:00 PM precisely—NO EXCEPTIONS!! He could see I was shocked and upset at this treatment, and he laughed at me. I had two (2) large loads of clothes—both STILL WET when I left. Had to go elsewhere the following the day to re-wash and dry these clothes properly—after spending nearly $20.00 here for NOTHING!! Extremely RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, and UNPROFESSIONAL!! Has NO BUSINESS operating in this neighborhood or any other... Period.

I used to do my laundry here myself. The Asian man behind the desk convinced me to let them do it. Every time they did my laundry my clothes came back with dark marks on them. I believe it is their fabric softener dispenser doesn’t work properly. When I brought this up to them, they blamed it on me, and threw me out of the store, i wasn’t even asking for rembursment. They destroyed over $500 dollars worth of my clothes. I have seen them throw out 2 other of their customers when they issued a complaint. I would not recommend using these people. Plenty of places just as inexpensive with better service.

Quando viajo não gosto de levar muita bagagem , prefiro levar pouca coisa e lavar quando preciso. O dono da lavanderia é muito simpático, me ajudou com o uso da lavadora e secadora, já que aqui no Brasil as máquinas são bem diferentes. O lugar tem bastante equipamentos. Ele tem também máquina para trocar nota por moeda. Não se preocupe em levar itens para lavagem porque ele também vende lá. Super recomendo!!!
