It’s a laundromat.. I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s super close to my apartment. Gets the job done!

They wouldn't let get my laundry and held it overnight as it got wrinkled. They said they told me it was late to wash but I clearly had time to finish a wash despite me putting in all my laundry, coins and detergent. I told them That i would fold my clothes at home and only need 30 secs but they purposely locked the door @ 9:59 and would not talk to me. I required me to call them before they would give me a respond but just got a "I don't care"

I will never come here again, though I've been mainly doing my laundry here for years. The owner basically called me a liar and refused me service. I am in shock. truly. They have a policy in which they don't want you drying clothing there that has not been washed there. I get this and actually appreciate this! So I went in Monday evening with my two pillows that were still wet, that I had washed there Saturday morning. I assumed they would honor the fact that it was part of the wash I'd already done there. (You know it just occurred to me maybe there dryers are poorly maintained and don't work properly which is why they have to make such rules and as well remove people's laundry before it's done, as noted in another comment here) I went in and explained this to the owner, assuming he would be accommodating, even adding would he perhaps have some tennis balls I could use for this. He wasn't there on saturday when I was there. He started drilling.- first what time did I come. I told him. I said you weren't here- there were three women here. He said there were only two, so my story was fishy, and further, why would I wait so long. He wanted me to wash them all over again. I said it wasn't necessary, I've been fluffing them all along and surprised they were still not dry. I had asked his staffer how long I should leave them in , she said 35 minutes, so I did 40. Thing is, he clearly didn't like my story or believe me, so if I were a liar, why would I stick with it? I 'm simply telling him what happened. and just astonished that he refused to let me finish drying my laundry there! I'm incredibly honest and shocked if called a liar. I had said to him, I come here all the time, don't you remember me? He said no that's fine. I'm someone who always says please and thank you when I leave, and buy soap there, and get change , many, many, interactions with him. If he can't be bothered to remember his clients, bad on him. He'd pretty much made up his mind from the get go- which makes me wonder- if I looked less like an arty Puerto Rican woman, and more like an Ivy league white man, would his response have been different? Well he did me a favor, as the place I went to finish drying my pillows, was cleaner, newer machines, thus quieter, and didn't smell like death right outside. I found a better place to do my laundry from now on! thank you!. Clearly the owner couldn't care less. Couldn't even discriminate what is the truth or lie, or just be a bit kind and say oh just go ahead and use the dryer. His dryers are defective. Actually, machines as well! The last time I did my wash, the soap didn't drop down during the prewash, I had to use water to manually get the soap into the washing. He does not deserve my business.

Great service and friendly staff. They do have a policy of not accepting $100 bills and a minimum purchase of credit card of $15. And they stick to it. Fortunately the deli down the street would change my $100 bill but I'm surprised that management wasn't more accommodating to a long time customer.

Have mixed views on this place. For a laundromat it is great. Large machines, clean facilities and reasonable prices. However, in my ~month of using their wash and press service has been less than perfect. In total two shirts were stained while being cleaned. The first I caught and brought back. They rewashed twice to no avail and charged my $7 to dry clean it. The stain came out but only after paying $10 to clean a shirt they stained . The second was not caught until after I had it on. A white shirt now has baby blue shoulders. When I tried to talk to them about it they agreed to try and get it out if I paid full price.

Had been coming here for months with relatively few problems, then had a horrible experience. Staff was removing my laundry from machines before it was done and lying about it - some other customers saw them do it. I put laundry in the dryer with more than enough time, would come back right when it should be ending and it’s in a pile away from the machines still wet. Staff claimed it was because the machine wasn’t functioning correctly but then refused to refund me or help me out in any way. Won’t be coming back.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Just went in to do a load of laundry late with my boyfriend (long before their final wash time so we had plenty of time), we came back to get our dried laundry and right at 9:59 they turned off the lights and demanded us to get out. We were packing up our last bag of laundry and clearly on our way out so we asked them to give us a minute. The man from behind the counter stood an inch away from my boyfriend as he was packing up. We had literally one towel and a t-shirt left in the machine to pack and the man takes our fresh laundry and THROWS it on the ground and demands that we get out. We were shocked, as it was barely past closing time and we were clearly on our way out. The man then proceeds to PUSH and back into my boyfriend trying to FIGHT him. We are then forced to go outside with the last of our laundry (to make it clear this all happened within the span of 5 minutes, it is about 10:05pm at this point) and while were outside the man AGAIN proceeds to throw our laundry around on the dirty concrete in the rain and insult us. I've never seen anything like this, horrible horrible service, I am in complete shock. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, I've never seen a business treat their customers so horrendously and we will never give them our business again!!
