We were staying in a nearby hotel. The first time we brought our laundry it came back clean and folded. Two days later we brought in a second load that to our dismay, came back full of ugly brown stains that do not wash out and must be thrown away. Unfortunately we had left the hotel and weren’t nearby to go and complain. But don’t bring your laundry there under any circumstances !!

There are a few problems with that establishment I've used New Absolute Laundry Inc. for up to 8 months now. Things were OK for a while - until.... - The washing machines are filthy. Not on the outside, because there is always one man cleaning them. I am talking about the inside. Don't wash anything light colored or you will regret it... I had to wash white and other light colored items twice before getting the original color back. - The service is appalling and all, except for one guy, are incredibly rude. Leaving a tip doesn't make the blindest difference. - There is no point talking to them because they will hardly understand you or they will tell you that you are making problems and making up stories.... I brought a white shirt that came out grey. I was told that I was making it up. Granted, I wear glasses. But I'm not blind and can see the difference between white and grey... You've been warned.

Pretty crappy. It can be quite crowded at times, with an annoyingly tight hallway bisecting the space. The worst part is that the dryers are completely unreliable and often unusable: One can take 45 minutes for clothes to dry, while another will scorch things on the lowest heat setting. Complaints to management result in no improvement.
