Called to see if they have self serve laundry. They said they did, but when I got there they had no open washers...30min wait to use one. I went elsewhere. Fast forward a few weeks, I called to see if A. They have quarters/change and B. If any of the washers were open. They didn't understand me despite repeating what I said several times, and then they just hung up. Terrible.
