Great place with friendly personalized service. The ladies are all pleasant, eager to help, very knowledgeable and know who I am without me telling them my name. They do a great job on our clothes no matter the color, material or challenging cut. Prices are reasonable and the work which they have been done is on the higher end of the scale. they offered sewing or tailoring service for minor repairs or tailoring. Overall, it is a wonderful place to do business with and they will do whatever they possibly can to meet or even exceed your expectations. Special thank you to everyone who works here for everything they do to make our visit as quite and easy as possible. Moreover I like their free pick up and delivery service.

Michelle Dry Cleaner is a life saver. Getting the flu and strep within a week of your wedding and loosing almost 8 lbs my dress was huge. They helped me out and my dress came out amazing. Took it in the Tuesday before my wedding and it was completed by Thursday afternoon. I will forever be thankful for this place they took a little stress off my back! Also great service all around very nice ladies. The price was reasonable too. Thank you again for Michelle’s hard work and big help.

Michelle is sincerely the best tailor I have ever used. I work in fashion and I am extremely picky and specific on the fit of my clothes. She really listens and does a fantastic job! Michelle has always done an amazing job. 10 years and going strong!!! Just by word of mouth, I am glad I found her. So many happy customers cannot be wrong. Even met a few celebrities who are her customers! And her alteration work is second to none. Michelle works wonders. Highly skilled. Environmentally friendly cleaning work is done under her supervision and own equipment. Doesn’t come out “chemical” smelling. Worth the trip!!! Friendly, fast service. Free PICK and PICK..They've handled everything from alterations to cleaning my vintage deerskin leather jacket. I take them my down comforter and coats, they handle everything perfectly. Plus the stuff they use to clean my garments doesn't smell like a lot of chemicals. They're my go to cleaners. I have been using Michelle Dry Cleaner for the last 10 years and I utilized their FREE pick up and delivery service which is completely satisfied and reliable. I live all the way up on 6th floor, my order usually big(around 40-50 pounds)and they are able to pick up my laundry in the morning and drop it off in evening under any weather conditions. They keep their schedule on promises all the time. Their door to door service is amazing and the delivery guy who always handed over the clothes to me with a smile on his face. The Prices are unbeatable when you compare it with other spots in LES. All the clothes come back clean & smells good, dry clean always been taken care perfectly. I’ll recommend whoever lives in this neighborhood.

I remember when I first met Michelle.she just opens her business and it was only her and her mother her mother did all the alterations while Michelle did everything else I’m talking about the cleaning the pressing the deliveries the drop offs and the customer service. And from the jump she was always nice and friendly and the customer service was top notch. Michelle’s services is so so good that she made alterations to my football jersey and football pants and when my teammates saw how good of a job she did I referred some of them to her and she hooked them up as well her prices are awesome and I will forever to continue to go there for anything I need when it comes to my clothes.

I trust them with a wide variety of clothes, from a pair of other ordinary jeans to my Hermes jackets. The owner, Michelle, has an impeccable record in the fashion industry. Her team of seamstresses are talented and professional. Michelle always does fitting by herself. Regarding pricing, they are Lower than others in the neighborhood. Michelle Dry Cleaners has some of the best customer service. I have to admit, I procrastinate, and on several occasions I needed alterations to a new pair of pants and I needed it the next day. Michelle told me not to worry about it and she would have it done. Before the end of the day I received a phone call from Michelle, she said my clothes is ready to be picked up. The pants were neatly pressed and my shirts as always were don't exactly the way I like them. Just the other day, I somehow pulled the hem out of my pants, I walked in and showed them, and it was literally fixed in two minutes. I would recommend Michelle Dry Cleaner to anyone who enjoys quick service and friendly faces. The price was reasonable and she didn’t charge me for rushing fee.

Michelle altered my wedding dress and she did an exceptional job! She took all of my concerns into consideration and did an expert job. My dress is all lace with scalloped edges and she adjusted the length without affecting the scalloping. She had the dress ready when she said she would. My daughter is very tall and I brought a coat in 3 years ago to have the belt removed and added to the sleeve. It came out perfect. So, I did the same thing this year and she was able to leave the belt and false hem the sleeves... again perfect and reasonable in both cases.
