The super attendant was racist and very disrespectful

I've come here for years in-spite of the high prices and incredibly hostile employees. All of my bedding (new) including the comforter ruined because there was a pen in the dryer. I was told by employee it was my fault for not checking the machine. Ironically I wasn't requesting a refund nor attempting to blame them but rather trying to see if their wash and fold service would be able to salvage a $300 loss. She just kept saying check first and then didn't clean the dryer in question.

Moldy machines. Previous owner ran bleach through each machine at nigh to keep machines fresh. Brought cloths home & my apt stinks from mold. Yukkk!

Horrible experience here. 1. The attendant (who's supposed to help) was of no help. On top of that she was very rude and arrogant. 2. No clear sign to say what happens to the card after you buy and refine it. Apparently there's no refund on the card and it's content. The wash and dry itself was not bad. But the experience prior to that has made sure that I'll never be back here.

I don't go here often. Last time I went, they lost part of my clothes, including a soccer jersey, which I planned to wear that day. Place seems to be disorganized.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I've been going here for a few weeks now and it's pretty reasonably priced and clean. I go late night and see them cleaning the machines every time I'm there.

They use a pointless card system that you have to pay to use and then load money onto instead of quarters.

The washers are good. Dryers are not hot enough so you have to run it for longer minutes (and each cycle is expensive). My problem is the attendant working here. One of the washer broke mid wash with huge soap foam. I informed the attendant. She didn't really speak in coherent sentences, nor took any action to help. She grudgingly stopped the machine to help me take out my soapy laundry but just walked away without running a new machine cycle. She shrugged and just walked away!!! I had to pay for a new cycle. I am not fighting for my $4 wash. I am pissed at her attitude who works there and hates her job.

Place is always clean but pretty pricey.. also it is cash only to add money on the laundry card, so come prepared or you'll use the high surcharge ATM

Place is kept clean and there's plenty of machines, a little expensive and the attendant could be a little more polite to customers

The best! No idea what bad reviews about..24 hour reasonable prices, immaculately clean. Sink to wash hands, super attendant all night. By NY standards this is a good energy, safe place to wash. I will return again.

Expensive! All the machines take a card that you load with cash at a different machine. The card fee is $1.25. To use the ATM is $3.45. The small washers are $4.00 and the larger ones are $8.00. It all adds up really quick! They get you with little extra fees here and there and any unused money left on your card Other than that the machines are clean and modern and the place is well lit with good visibility from the street. Works if you need a 24hr laundromat in a pinch.
