Best Shop ever. Super nice people –– always know my name (no ticket necessary) -- the folding is excellent, and if a button is broken from the wash and press they fix it for you.

They are amazing in every way. I guess a great example is how they rescued my runner after my cat threw up on it and you would never know that had ever happened. They know my name and have never lost anything in the year that I've been using them for laundry and dry cleaning.

Lin Laundry lost our bag of clean clothes by delivering them to the wrong apartment, refused to help us figure out where they had incorrectly delivered ALL our clothes to, still unknowingly charged my credit card while we were still panicking about all our missing clothes, and later refused to reimburse us because they 'do not have a refund policy'. When I asked Lin to produce the signed receipt which authorized her to charge my card (there is none since the clothes were never brought back to us), she dodged the question by exclaiming 'It's only $28!' And then hung up. Do NOT trust Lin Laundry with your clothes unless you want them lost. And you still want to be charged.

First time using them will be my last. New to NYC tried this place out... little did I know they would throw out my pillowcases. I am really particular about the patterns that I choose for sheets and pillowcases. It took me 3 years to find one I really liked, and had bought 2 sets of the cases, sheets and linens in this pattern. I have a lot of pillows so I use all of them ( from all of the sets that I bought) for my bed. I know about send out laundromats, so I had written down a list of all of the things I was sending out. When I got my laundry back it was all packaged up to the point where I had no idea what was in there. when I got home I found all but two of my 9 pillow cases were gone. I went back to see where they had gone to, and the lady kept telling me that I was wrong, and I hadn't sent them out. When I showed her the list of things she didn't believe me and said that I was wrong again. If you are like me and care about the things you buy, don't send your stuff to them.

Best wash and fold in the east village! Drop it off on the way to work and come pick it up on the way home. They always remember my name and are so friendly. They do a great job too! Even if I had laundry in my building, I would still use them

Been using this dry cleaner (occasionally laundry) for 2 years now. I started using Lin's when I lived on the block, now I'm 3 avenues away and walk past at least 6 other dry cleaners to get here. Best service, most convenient hours, they remember your name every time, fair prices and good quality. Other dry cleaners have left my clothes smelling. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
