I never write reviews ever but this place took the cake. First of all the first time I went all my clothes ended up smelling like a wet dog, I still have them a chance and went back today. Well turns out that I put 50 minutes on a drying machine and it wasn’t working, I went and I spoke to the to ladies that “work” there they came and checked and they both noticed that indeed the machine was not working, I told them they should put a sign on and give me the money that I had just spent on the machine since it wasn’t my fault that it was not working. Both of them ignored me and didn’t want to give me the money back so I could put in on a machine that actually works. Worse customer crevice!!! It’s not about the money, it’s about the fact that both of them checked the machine and saw that it wasn’t working and just ignored me. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE EVER AGAIN AND I suggest you do the same. Zero stars from me

I have washed here before and the place is clean. If you wash your clothes in the night around 9 you can clearly see the workers clean the machines and sweep the floor. Yes of course not all places will be 100% perfect and clean but at least they do their best.

Listen, I don't expect much from a laundrymat, except that they work and they stay clean. So off the rip this place failed on both points. My machine didn't work(my washer) & two weeks pass by and I noticed the same exactb twix wrapper that I stuffed to use as a tracking marker so as not to use that broken machine the next time I come. Customer service is a Hit or Miss. For three weeks a staff worker kept telling me to come the next day to see manager,to get my refund, who never showed up or just didn't come out when u asked for her. At the end, I gave up and sacrificed the eighteen dollarsit needed to was three large washes. The dryers cost a quarter but there really short. So overall your dropping dollars and it leaves the clothes burning hot, taking away the smell of your tide and fsbricsoftnrr hi The hours are fine and there's enough space for everyone but it's a budget place that needs a good GI cleaning and some better service. However the lady who does the self folding service, she does a good job but she takes up half the store to her self with the machines so your stuck to use the machines in the back away from seating and the convenience of waiting outside and looking thru the window. I'll still go there because of the proximity to my apartment and the aid back people of the neighborhood but I wish they got a facelift on the owners expense and not is consumers. Enjoy, I just made the best of it.
