I've been coming here for 18 years now and I have never had an issue. The ladies who work here are very friendly and always attentive. I actually look forward to doing my laundry because of how nice the staff is.

8/23/17 - Good service. Nice ladies. Better and easier to drop off stuff then wash yourself but when I wash my sheets and comforters there the ladies are very accommodating and make space. Because it is packed and busy as many people drop off clothes and they are working. I always been treated with respect. Good deal on washing button down shirts $1.95 each to wash and put on hanger and starch if you want. Been going here for a year and a half now.

Horrible customer service. After coming here for the whole year I lived in Chelsea when I wanted my laundry done in a timely manner they argued with me because I didn't want all my laundry put in the dryer. I placed the clothes in separate bags all they had to do was not dry one bag. I even paid for the bags of clothes separately. They were so rude and disrespectful although I've done this many times before. After I pick up my laundry i will never be returning to this place again. Looks like the laundry mat on 7th Ave just got a new guest.

A close and dark room. Old washing machines. Today, a large washing machine used $ 11.50 and not $ 8. On my complaint, the employees responded with a refusal to return the money. I do not recommend this place.

Used Kwik Wash for their wash and fold service and even after paying extra for low dry my clothes would always come back shrunk. I would also often receive clothing items in my bag that did not belong to me. So I decided to continue to use the machines but do my own wash. However, every time I would put clothes in the dryer (on low) and come back to get my clothes, I would find that someone had adjusted the dry temp to high. I confronted the staff and they denied touching the settings. The last straw was when I came back and my clothes were missing from the dryer and no one woking there knew what happened to my clothes. The best part is that the staff were now using the dryer for a full-service load of wash. I do not recommend using them unless you want your clothes destroyed or stolen.

I've been using this laundromat for two years now. People there is quite nice and friendly. They always have my clothes done in a timely manner, I never had issues with them in all this time.
