My upstairs apt toilet flooded into my closet while I was away and my entire wardrobe was covered in black mold when I came back. My building super called Grace Cleaners and they showed up in few hours and dragged away five large garbage bags full of everything in my closet. About four days later I had all my clothes delivered back to me looking and smelling fantastic. They also emailed me back detail pictures and documentation that I needed for my insurance company. I'm really grateful for their professional and friendly services.

Very good service. We got our clothes 24 hours after handing them. We used the wash and fold service. It is important to instruct regarding the temperature of the water. I asked that all colors will wash with cold water and all underwear and white to wash at warm water. I'll return to this place before moving on to another city and suggest to you also.

This place is a rip off. Charged me $80 for a relatively small load of clothes. I would recommend looking for other places before this one.

I've been using Grace Cleaners for a few months for my work clothes, as I like to bike in from the outer boroughs and it's very convenient to keep everything at the office. I'm very satisfied with their prices and service, and would gladly recommend it to anyone in the area.

These guys really came through strong yesterday. I was in town staying at the JW Marriott Essex House and realized my pants had ripped in the inseam area. It was around 5pm, and they were able to rush patch it and hand deliver it to my hotel in an hour and a half, saving me from having ripped pants in my meetings this morning. Very much appreciate the service and the quality of the work, as well as the delivery back to the hotel, as I was meeting colleagues for drinks last night and couldn't pick it up myself.

I've trusted Grace Cleaners with a number of tailoring jobs, and the results are consistently excellent. Ujin has a great eye for fit and detail. One example stands out: I brought in a dress several sizes too large that needed to be taken in while still maintaining a looser, boxy silhouette. Rather than simply cutting and slashing, Ujin suggested approaching the alteration in two stages: an initial, more conservative cut followed by a test run fitting, then a second round of alterations to nip and tuck. The end result was beautiful - stylish and perfectly shaped. The extra time and attention (at no extra cost) was exactly what the garment needed, and I couldn't be more appreciative. Ujin and his team have pulled off smart solves for a number of other tricky alterations, as well. The staff at Grace Cleaners are thoughtful and care about their customers. Prices are reasonable and comparable to similar establishments. Highly recommend.
