Was very confused when I saw negative reviews about experiences with management as the owners are two of the nicest and most accommodating people I’ve met. If you go there you won’t regret it. I HATE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. I am only giving it a star because it's the only self service laundromat in the area. 1) The coin machine never works 2) The staff is rude and there are a ridiculous amount of "rules." Heaven forbid you "slam" the machines. 3) They raise the prices without warning. 4) They take your clothes out of the machines at 32 minutes, even if you've paid for longer, because that's the "optimal" drying time. My damp towels and sheets say otherwise. Also, can I have my money back then? 5) They open at 8am but you aren't allowed to start using the machines until 9am. The last wash is at 7:30 pm. ALSO, they are closed on Sundays. I understand that people want to have weekends off, but I work in the service industry and have to work most nights and Saturdays, so not being able to do laundry on Sunday is very frustrating. 6) I HATE this place but unfortunately it's my only option so I'll have to keep going there.

Review update as of August 2016: They've raised self service pricing. $3 for a small washer, $8 for a big washer. 25 cents still gets you 6 minutes in the dryer. I've never been yelled at so not sure what others are talking about. Self service starts every day at 9am and the latest you can start a washer is 7pm. It's cash only, even if you're picking up dry cleaning or drop off service. There's not a ton of space to stand around so I try not to stay while clothes are washing. None of my clothes have ever been damaged using the washer/dryers here.

We have been coming here for years before I had W/D in unit. They have large machines to facilitate comforters, wash n fold services, coin dispenser, and it's clean. What else do you need?

The staff are very rude and yell at you. Each time I dropped off laundry for wash they continually told me to buy a $5.00 bag. I did not want to use the same bag for everything for fear of it beginning to carry bed bugs. Recently I dropped off laundry and the staff insisted i get a bag or she was not going to be able to wash my clothes. They said it was easier for them if I had a bag and did not care about my concerns. I returned to pick up the laundry and had dry cleaned shirts with me from another place i use who are much more friendly. The staff began to yell at me because I did not bring the dry cleaning to them. I attempted to explain why, but was cut off and yelled at again for them having to wash my socks. I asked for a refund for the $5.00 bag because I was never treated so abusively at any laundry service and will not be returning and they said no. The staff yells at customers and tries to bully there way into more business. I would not recommend this service and will not personally return. I do want to say I have done laundry at Fluff n Fold since they opened and have had good experiences other than my last interaction above. Update: The staff has called me on my cell phone to apologize and offered me a refund for the $5.00 bag.

This place is super convenient and reasonably priced. The machines work very well and are fast. My go-to for laundry even when I have 3+ loads to do (towels, bedding, clothes). Staff is helpful and friendly!

First time ever going to a laundry mat. Chose to do the self-service and was happy to see that the place is very clean with new and clean machines. The place is very small though and a majority of the machines are taken by workers of the business. Out of the 20 machines, about 10 were being used by the business. No place to sit to wait or fold laundry when it has dried. Though they do offer many laundry bins to hold your clothes when it has been washed. Have a change machine inside and paid $3.50 to wash one load and dry for 30 minutes. Good place if your in the neighborhood but have to get more machines to accommodate the self-service.

Rude owners who as others have mentioned act like they're doing you a favor to spend your hard earned money there. They actually order customers not to use dryers that aren't even in use and are extremely arrogant about it. Plenty of better and friendlier options in the area.

I have finally found the perfect laundry service. The website is user friendly and very informative and the fact that I can choose specific blocks of time for pick up/drop off versus saying between 1 -4PM is amazing. Pick up and delivery was a breeze. I got my laundry the very next day and is was just the way I wanted it. Alex the owner is always readily available to help, which shows that he genuinely cares about his customers. I have so far referred two of my friends to Fluff-n-Fold Laundry.
