Check the yelp reviews first...THEY DO NOT HAVE WARM/HOT WATER AND LIE ABOUT IT BEING BROKEN EVERY SINGLE DAY. This is one of the worst laundromats I've ever been to. Although its the cheapest in the 10 block radius, I would go elsewhere if I were you. They do not offer hot water (and don't tell you this- you have to find out by actually feeling the temperature of the water once you've already started the machine), they use the majority of the machines to do wash and fold (and do not give you the courtesy of going first). The straw that broke the camel's back for me, was when I forgot to take my detergent home with me, and when I returned 2 days later to retrieve it and do laundry, they had written a couple of Chinese characters at the bottom, and claimed that it belonged to another customer- even though it was the ONLY Trader Joe's detergent in there, was in the same spot i left it, and had the same amount of detergent in the bottle as mine did. Not to mention that it was the only bottle that had Chinese written on it instead of English (the claim it must be a "Chinese customer"). They actually had the audacity to not offer me a cup of their Tide, but SELL me one for $2. These people are DISHONEST, rude, and do not deserve your money. STAY AWAY!

Great place, mainly due to convenience, until they lost my favorite pair of pants and just shrugged. My laundry is simple, no separations, all washed together and all machine dried. How do you lose a pair of pants?? Washer -> dryer -> fold. I have not been back since. I do not have the ticket number, as the ticket is taken once the items are picked up. The day this item was dropped off and lost was May 2nd. I have spoken to many individuals since then with no attempted resolution.

I love this laundromat! The people here care a lot about all of their customers. Shout out to Peter - he is the best! Every Friday I look forward to waking up and doing my laundry here. Peter always waves hello to me on the street and I feel like me and the cornerstone gang are one big family

I never write reviews. HOWEVER...after reading this last negative review I just had to. I’ve been coming to this laundromat for the past 2 years. The staff here is exceptional. Always willing to help and accommodate me. The fact that this last review describes the nationality of the staff and follows with negativity just goes to show they are a person with strong prejudice and anger, just looking to try to bring down the nature of someone’s business. WEST LAKE LAUNDROMAT IS FANTASTIC!!! BOTH FOR DROP OFFS AND DOIN YOUR OWN CLOTHES

They were great and polite until they lost my $100 jeans and shrugged. Never offered to pay, never even hinted they could be at fault. Instead told me I was lying. Don’t come here.

I put my clothes in the dryer for 45 mins (heavy, winter clothes). It was early in the morning and no one was there or waiting. I came back 35 mins later and my damp clothes were in a basket because the owners were doing the paid bag laundry.

We used their drop off & pick up service 3 times in a week during our recent stay in Soho, they were fantastic. Everything washed & folded nearly, even the clothes & cloths for our 3 month old son. Will use them for sure next time we are here

Neighborhood. Poor English skills and lazy business practices make it a poor choice. Twice failed to deliver on time. I won't give them a third chance.

In this cold weather (during the winter season), it'll be nice if they had a heater, but they do not. The women here are polite and helpful, though.

This laundromat is totally horrible. The asian who work at this location is very rude and unprofessional. The older generation seems to have some form of racism in them. Very unprofessional.
