Coin changer will cheat you every few dollars. The employees act like you’re in their office and bothering them - and to be fair it is a self service as well as a drop off pick up laundry service. I was scolded for slamming a door so I will tuck my dryer sheets in shame and take my clean wet clothes home.

I've never used a laundry mat before, so it was a new experience for me. Staff was very helpful in helping me figure out how to use the machines. Not very clean. It was more expensive than I expected a laundry mat to be, but it had all the essentials to get the job done. The place is small with not much space, and nowhere to plug in a laptop, and very few chairs, or places to fold laundry. I went to a near by restaurant to eat and work on my computer while waiting for laundry(set timer on my phone for washer+/dryer) , staff was very nice and watched my laundry so nothing was stolen. Staff was wonderful and nice, but facilities are tight and a bit outdated.

The service is unacceptable. I do not recommend to go there. The staff is rude and insulted us many times. They do not help you use the machines which makes laundry very hard. This is the worst place I’ve ever visited.

Excellent, staff really friendly and helpful. They help you with the machines, give you change for the machines and help you out if you get stuck. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Friendly, professional, quick. This laundromat offers two options - DIY or they will wash, dry and fold for only slightly more. We chose the second option and everything was great! Dropped laundry off in the morning and picked it up after 5 pm. Highly recommend :)

Not a self-service friendly store. No clear self-service pricing information posted in store, and 5-minute-per-$0.25 dryer's temperature at high settings remain warm only.
