Absolutely awful tailoring of a dress that cost me $35. My hemline came undone and they re-sewed it in three places rather than across the entire hemline. It came undone immediately. I do not advise this place at all.

I wilk never go back to this dry cleaner. Ever since the manger Gilbert left the place is a mess. On top of that the other guy Rubin, is an arrogant guy with no customer service skills. He over charged my wash and fold by adding pounds to it. SPREAD THE WORD. THATS WHAT IM DOING.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Not only did some of the pieces have to be taken back to be cleaned again because they were still dirty but they lost a major part of one of my garments. I understand that mistakes happen but the most disappointing part of the process how rude the owner was to me. He offered no solutions to resolve the issue that his company created. He was arrogant and extremely rude.

Super impressive cleaners! I flew to NY with my wife for a big event and of course, the airline ruined my luggage and my beautiful new Brioni suit and my wife's dress, The Sheraton hotel suggested we try Casa Organic before panicking, and they totally saved me! They did an amazing job cleaning my suit and my wife's dress was perfect. I was incredibly impressed with their service! If I lived in NY, I would use these guys forever. Highly recommend!

I was initially upset with some overcharges to the base price listed on the website, however, you must understand that they are very thorough with their cleaning process. They will get your stuff well cleaned. I would suggest a little more communication when charging extra. However, if you have nice clothes that need good care and good cleaning, this is your place!

UPDATE: store called me back to say the price should have been $12. (I did question the price with an employee before I paid and left store the first time.) They said I will have $10 credit there.

Recently I moved into New York City and was looking for free pick up and delivery for all my clothes cleaning needs. I having been using Casa Organic Dry Cleaners for many months now and all is going very well.. Since they are all Organic I noticed the clothes smell very well. My wash and fold laundry is also done by Casa every week and I must say they do a great job on this as well, clothes smell really clean, folded and no socks missing ..all items are delivered usually next day or on the date as promised. Casa’s tailor also fantastic and he fixed a small whole for me on my dress that I didn’t even see..thank you Steve. Their prices are less than what I paid before and that helps me pay my rent. As a person new to the City it’s nice to have a great service you can count on like this one. Recently I recommended them to my friend Gary and he also said they are doing a great job for him as well. They do close at 7pm so I wish there were open a little later sometimes but I have a doorman so that’s not so bad. What really impresses me the most with Casa is the staff all seem so nice when I am speak with them over the phone or in person. It really is rare to find so many people with such a positive attitude about their job. For now I give Casa Organic Dry Cleaners my highest praise as the best Dry Cleaners I have ever worked with.
