Love the quick turnaround on my laundry, but I’m not really a fan of so many missing socks...

I’ve been using this laundry service for about four months now . At first the service was great and they would pick up my clothes on time and delivery it as well through out the next several services clothes were damaged socks weren’t paired right several shirts were still stained it has been a night mare the customer service is awful they hang up on you once they were even speaking about me in Spanish on the phone .. it’s just so unprofessional and the worst part is that this last time they decided to pair on of my Pink sock brand with a little non knee high sock with pook a dots it’s like they charge the price so why not do your job right I’m never using this service again and I don’t recommend it at all !!!

I ordered several items for pickup and delivery. When my order was delivered (an hour past the scheduled delivery time), some of the items about 15 dress shirts, were not delivered. I have called 3 times with nothing but a voicemail. I will continue to call till I get my items but this will be the last time I ever use their services.
