Just a place to wash your clothes

I came here because my usual laundromat was full (guess they got a lot of new customers on Saturday) My first impression was it was small but machines looked and new and business was very clean . Everything was fine until I had to dry my clothes , first it’s only 5 min per quarter ( use to 6-7 min) anyhoo I put about 40 min on my dryer . I told te attendant 5 min in that my dryer was NOT getting hot , she proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t know why it’s not getting hot , it will dry on low heat and she will NOT be refunded me any money for me to use another dryer . Long story short my clothes come out damp as predicted, the manger was there so I thought “ he will be able to help” . All he did was tellme I had to much clothes in the dryer instead of acknowledging that he had a faulty machine ... I’ve been washing clothes for decades I know when I have to much clothes in the dryer . First and last time I will ever visit this establishment

This used to be my go to laundry. I think they have new owners now. Dryers are .25 for 6 minute run but they turn down the heat. There's is no room for customers to sit. They have massage chairs but you have to pay to sit in them. They used to maintain their machines during the night shift (they operate 24hrs). They care more about their drop off customers than their foot customers. Attendants will monopolize machine even if establishment is crowded. The block their own is rat invested, last time I was there it was a dead rat in front and the owners didn't bother to move it. I found another laundromat. Thank God.

Woman who worked there knocked over my detergent. I watched her do it. She still blamed the machine. No compensation. Small space, bad business.

I've been coming here since they opened. Used to be very clean, with machines that worked well. There are closer laundromats to me, but I was happy to go out of my way. No longer. The place is a dump, and the machines are constantly breaking down, and the guy that appears to be an owner doesn't really seem to care. It's time to find a new laundromat. Update: even worse than before. Dryers are broken down and worse than before, and now only 5 mins per quarter, when it used to be 7. They really don't care here anymore.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place is trash. Most of the dryers do not work and there’s roaches here. Never coming back.

Clean facilities but was really frustrated going there at 10:30 pm to do laundry and finish up work with no wifi available even though there is a sign posted outside saying free WiFi... but it's really not because u are paying .25 cents more than all the surrounding laundry mats. Apparently the owner is the only one with the code and the attendant did not want to disturb the boss.

This place is an absolute joke. I’ve been mischarged here, had many many socks locks, they speak pretty much no English so even explains something simple (like you overcharged me 10$) is impossibly hard, it’s dirt af, and it’s owned by a slumlord. Stay away.

Machines doesn't have warm and hot water. Void it if you need to wash delicate clothes. No sign to advise machine are not providing hot or warm water. 5 Minute per quarter to dry, the average in the area is 7 min. The rest all the place is clean, but how a laundrry cannot use hot water.

My first visit was great, but on my second visit I loaded a faulty washing machine (that was not marked as faulty) and had added my coins before realising. I had to push the lady for a refund as it was not offered. Then I went to a dryer that was not clearly marked as out of order, and I was definitively denied a refund after I had added my coins. I’ve lost confidence in this place now.

Great place. Always pretty organized. BUT lately a lot of clothes that i send to be washed aren’t being returned & I SWEAR if i send another wash there and less stuff returns I’ll be going in there making sure they won’t hear the end of it & REPORTING them. So please get y’all selves together and stop stealing or misplacing my damn clothes because i will start asking for refunds soon watch.
