Not the nicest or cleanest laundromat in the area, but they have a ton of machines and I've never had to wait for one. Their machines are sometimes broken, but the staff is helpful and will let you use the machines in the back of necessary. Last wash is at 9:30pm and they close at 11pm.

While doing laundry over there, I find the laundromat to be fairly clean and staff being polite and courteous. Washers and dryers although not new but they work fine and I was able to take advantage of free detergent during evening hours. It was not crowded either at that time and plenty of machines available for me to do the laundry.

I use the XL washer and fit about a month of clothes into it easily for $7.25. Dryer is a quarter per six minutes. Staff is helpful (not particularly friendly, but who cares, they answer my questions.) Machines work well. Washer takes about half an hour which is great. There is a cash to quarters machine as well as soap vending machine. They offer free soap Monday-Thursday between 7-11am and 7-9:30pm. Last wash is at 9:30 and they close strictly at 11pm.

It’s close, the guys are helpful that work there. But they have issues with their washers where they make extremely loud noises and shake, which shakes the entire building, they need to address this issue. Their washers work great, I can’t say they same for their dryers. Half the time the staff is using them or they are out of order. They also get extremely hot, to the point that they have burnt my clothes, yet the clothes were still damp? The fire department came once as a dryer caught on fire, clearly the issue needs to be addressed. The other issue is the people who do their laundry there. They are always FaceTiming on speaker, playing loud video games that aren’t on silent, or playing music out loud. Not to mention the screaming children running around like it’s a playground. They should enforce rules as clearly many customers are plain rude and ignorant. Lastly, they ran a promotion in the spring which would give you a discount if you gave them a good review...FYI.

Shiny new machines that work fine. Prices pretty standard. Chairs out the front so you can eat some breakfast/lunch/dinner and watch the city go by.

Extremely rude staff. Have been rude to both my fiance and I several times. We're never going back. Dirty, cramped, smelly, but all of that I could deal with for good location and cost. Not after being so rude though.

I have been doing laundry over there for a long time and have used their full service too. I have not experienced any issue as described by some previous malicious posts. Friendly and courteous staff, decent washer and dryers, clean place. I will recommend this place to others

Cold water, broken dryers, roaches, drunk guys playing loud music. Low water levels along with the fact that there is no hot water means you have to fill empty bottles at the sink and pour water into the machine to reach a proper level to clean your clothes. Don't sit in the chairs up front because the walls and radiator are infested with roaches. Half of the dryers are broken. You would be better off walking two blocks west and washing your clothes in the Hudson.People are allowed to come in here and eat food on the tables whereyou are supposed to fold your clothes. You could buy a ticket to any third world country and pay the overage to carry your dirty clothes there and scrub them on rocks in a dirty river. Save your money. ASAN=Same thing

This is a very solid laundromat! I use both the self-service as well as drop -off and pick-up. My clothes are always ready by the time the ticket says they are ready to be picked up, and I've never had an issue with clothes not being clean or clothes missing. The self-service is also good. There are plenty of washers and dryers, so there never is an issue of waiting around. Some of the washers take a little longer than others to finish their cycle and some of the dryers don't get as hot as the other dryers, so you just have to be mindful of that. Maybe some new machines might help? Either way, would still recommend at least trying this place out!

Finally stopped going here after 5 years and thousands of dollars spent as a loyal drop-off/delivery and dry cleaning customer. Timing is usually reliable, however: -towels always smelled bad after a wash; either they don’t use enough soap or hot water -socks went missing constantly -they staple tickets into the breast pocket of suits/jackets which is simply inexplicable - even after specifically requesting that they don’t staple my clothing, which shouldn’t need to be said in the first place! -delivery hours ended long before the store closed; they’re open until 10-11pm most nights but will not deliver your clothes if you call after 7pm. And they always take longer than they say to drop off, sometimes by hours. Plenty of other options in the neighborhood will do a better job to earn and keep your business.

The lady in charge is extremely rude. I left my clothes and my Nike Bag for wash. When I picked it up , my Nike bag had disappeared . The lady said we thought it was plastic and threw it away. Awful service and location. I would not recommend this to anyone

Don't ever go here! I had to wait on washers & dryers. Out of 19 dryers, 7 were out of order, & 5 were being used strictly by the staff.

So happy this laundromat is right around the corner. They'll do same-day if you bring it in early enough for just a couple bucks more. They are always busy and do their best to accomodate though their normal speed is usually very good for getting your washing done. If you ever have any special needs ask for Cesar. He knows the place inside and out and can help with any issues.

Good place to go in Hell's Kitchen! The dryers are really hot, and water is hot too.... make sure you dry on MEDIUM. It only takes a few quarters. If this place was open later, it'd be even better! Free soap on weekday mornings and evenings too!!

I find these guys very helpful. It’s generally quite clean and they even give FREE laundry soap certain days and times! This to me is such a bonus as I dislike spending those few extra bucks on soap. The staff are also hospitable and always looking to make sure I’m taken care of.

Decent laundromat. Good number of machines available so I could actually wash my whites and darks separately, and didn’t have to wait. I think the price is a few cents cheaper than other places.

Afternoon and evening times are usually very busy. If too many people show up in those hours some of them may have to wait a little for their turn. Prices are comparable to other laundromats. Whenever I am visiting my family in Manhattan, I go there and the main reason is that the attendants are very helpful and their washing machines have three washing cycles as compare to other laundromats which have only two.
