Overpriced if you ask me when it comes to them doing your laundry. It was super hot in there too. The air conditioner needs a boost or maybe buy a new one. Customers complained requested to have the fans on. I asked for change with 75 cents worth of dimes and nickels and they refused to take it. That made me pissed because they turned their nose up to 75 cents just because it was in the form of dimes and nickels! Rude, unprofessional, overpriced, and uncomfortable.

This place lacks good costumer service!!! There is a huge disagreement with other reviews saying the clerk was courteous. This is completely untrue from my experience!! As foreigners, they seem to lack the ability to be concerned with what their customers want. They are lazy and inconsiderate!!! If you value your respect and your time, don't waste your money at this laundromat. I'm sure there are far better places than this one. Take it from someone who has been living in the area for 5 years!

Complete jerks! Detergent machine ate my money and there was no response to this issue. The lady wouldn't even respond to me. Ignored me as if I didn't exist. Don't waste your time here. Definitely not.

I’m standing in here and she won’t give me my money back. I had my clothes in the machine, turned around to get my money and accidentally put quarters in for a different machine. She’s saying that she won’t give me the 2 quarters back. The only think she can do is put 2 quarters in the right machine because “they track the quarters”. Doesn’t make any sense why you wouldn’t give me the quarters back, but you will waste 2 quarters in a machine that doesn’t need it. I need my clothes dry, not forest fire hot. Ugh!

Staff isn't the nicest but they'll definitely get your wash done. Make sure you get a receipt, though, or they may try to charge you coming and going.
