I also want to mention that the service person, Obed, was very professional making sure I knew everything he was going to do, he was friendly and efficient with the work he did. This is my first experience filing a claim in 30 some years and I want to thank Steamatic for the way they handled everything from the very beginning with Lawrence Padilla the Sales/Estimator to the cleaning people these young lady's were terrific Matty, Maddy and Stephanie. They did a very good job and were professional. The person that cleaned our ducts was also very professional and he really answered all of our questions. The painters Victor Perez and his crew did a fantastic job and were so nice and also professional. The gentleman (Victor) that cleaned our carpets was also very professional. Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for. We called them to have our grout in our kitchen steam cleaned. The rep came out to quote us a price and informed us about the grout recoloring service they had. WHAT? This opened up tons of options for us and we were able to pick a color that complimented the recent changed color of our walls. It has been over 6 months since they recolored our grout and it still looks amazing. I have even dropped grape jelly on the light color we picked and it simply just wipes away. I am very happy with the service! We had our vents cleaned on a Saturday morning. The techs Martin and Malacai arrived on-time and were super nice, polite, and professional. Our dog was friendly, calm and relaxed toward them and that is the ultimate test for us! They moved through our house carefully, explained the giant vacuum and the "whip" that they use, and also how they preferred to work from the back of the house to the front. They even cleaned out our furnace housing for us! That saved me at least two hours of swearing and doing it with my little hand vacuum. I really appreciated that. They offered to show us all the gunk that came out of the vents and I took a picture of it for our landlord. Very cool. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone and they did not try to sell me on any other services. That's a good decision on the company's part because no matter how pleasant the experience, by the time the guys are done I'm anxious to tidy up my house and get on with my day. I would recommend Steamatic of Albuquerque to my friends and family.

We have been using Steamatic since We moved into our new large home with white carpet. There is no better carpet cleaning company and Greg who has been the primary person to come fix all our carpet issues is AMAZING! He is knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. If there is a carpet guru, Greg is it! Simone is also great to deal with. She does all the scheduling and is always very pleasant and works to fit things in with our busy schedules. She also knows us and we appreciate that! You can imagine white carpet in a house that does a lot of entertaining...Steamatic keeps it looking great and goes way above and beyond!

This is the second year we have hired Steamatic to clean our carpets. Our "carpet guy", Donald Rich, was great! We have a two story house, all carpet, plus a love seat to clean. He was professional, fast, friendly, and a good sense of humor. We believe in having our carpet professionally clean each year to extend the life of the carpet. If I could do negative stars I would. We had a house fire and we were directed to Lawrence Padilla. From the first time we spoke with him he was rude and uncaring. He didn't even set an appointment he just texted the morning he was coming that he was on his way. First words out of his mouth were "are you going to do the work or am I wasting my time". From the time he showed up to the time he left all he talked about was what work we wanted to cut out "so we could pad our pockets". Even saying he'd have a pod delivered to store our items and then saying no they'll just tape it and move it from corner to corner. All we want is our things cared for during construction and our home the way it was before the fire. Lawrence only cared for how much money he could make. Saying "don't be surprised when the check from Farmers comes already made out to me". Yet he hadn't even given us an estimate or gone under the house to see the structural damage. He asked us about the structural damage under the house. Our meter and transformer were pulled the night of the fire and once he told us he'd have to get a different electrician because his wasn't licensed in electricity we knew Steamatic and Lawrence were not the company to trust. I could go on and on. He made an unbearable situation even worse. I will never recommend this company to anyone we know.

I had my carpet cleaned yesteday. The technician was Victor was great, very professional, thorough and nice. My carpet looks beautiful! Victor took the time to explain the ins and outs of how to keep my carpet in good shape. You might say I got a mini lesson in carpet maintenance and I learned a few things. I will use Steamatic again for my next cleaning and I will recommend Victor to my mom and to my friends. Update: increased from 2 to 4 stars. After expressing my disappointment to the operations manager, he sent a cleaning crew out to my house at no charge. The crew was also accompanied by another manager who inspected the ducts and debris left behind. The cleaning crew took care of the mess that was left. Everyone was very professional and courteous throughout the process. It's always nice when a company is willing to correct their mistakes without any arguing involved. Had my ducts cleaned today. The reason I decided to have my ducts cleaned is because every year when I start up my swamp cooler, dirt, dust and small pieces of calcium buildup come out of the vents and end up all over my house. After the crew left (who were polite, hence the 2nd star), there was the same debris all over every horizontal surface within a 4-foot radius of each vent. It's like I paid 300 bucks to get to clean my house.
