Great place, but make sure you get your laundry done before they close cuz they will ask you to leave, regardless of wet clothes dry clothes, clothes still in washer. Happened to myself and my daughter.

I had one blanket to wash and disappointed with facility. Very Dirty! Lots of machines not working. No one on site to help customers and today there was a machine leaking. A few customers were trying to finish their laundry and get out as quickly as possible. Most said they would not return there.

The floor had trash but that's because people don't clean up after themselves. The washers were cleaner the the one on Juan tabo and their's seats away from the windows and sun.

the lady that's closing tonight was vary rude didn't have nice manners at all what so ever. also she did tell another costumer that was doing his laundry that I didn't tell the people there closing at 9:30pm like that is not my job mainly when she was so rude once we walked in. I wouldn't recommend to friends or family. if she was a employee that have a nice attitude.

Horrible experience! They overcharge and half the machines dont work. One machine took 2 dollars to dry but then it didnt work and i couldnt get a refund. There was no maitenence on site and store was dirty. Also the triple load washers are small and a rip off.

Was great for a long time until they hired the new lazy Short Hispanic lady who closes and locks the door at 830 then sits around and watches TV till 10:00 we have been going to this one for years. Recently drier stopped working so I thought I would go back well this was my new experience. Web site sign on door and endless repetitive voice service when you call all say last was at 8:30 and closes at 10:00 pm. So I washed my towels due to I work during the day ended up taking tgem to dry here at 9:00 pm which has never been a problem before I'm normally done drying by 9:30 at the latest, this time I was meet by a rude little women who was clearly new with the doors locked lights on and her sitting watching TV when I knocked to be let it she told me the store was closed and does close at 8:30 I let her know I was just needing to dry my wet towels so I have a dry clean towel for the morning for my family and myself. To which she just continued to say closed at 8:30 I pointed to the sign on each door that said closed at 10 to no avil. She just walked way and went back to watching the TV. Leaving with wet towels searching for another open laundromat. Luckily I found suds and duds on central and tramway under construction and a sign that said closed at 9:30. The woman who was there was wonderful friendly and allowed me to dry my towels. At this time it was already 9:30 pm.. so today I called to inform the manager of the situation only to be meet with a voice service you are unable to leave a message on or talk to someone. I will never go back and would recommend to go to any other laundromat besides this one good luck and hope this helps.

Absolutely Horrible! The customer service I witnessed was very concerning! I suggest that the owner does a major overhaul of the staff and the machines.

Very poorly maintained. No A/C. On 6-25-19 16 dryers were not functioning. Most out of order machines has Post Its that showed some machines have been out of order since 5-24-19. A machine at $1.50..no attendent on duty and no one to call to report a problem. Use at your own risk

Teerible experience! It's Friday at 2:45, at least three of the washers I've tried don't work. One won't take the coins I had to unload it and move to another one, other two only get the clothes damp, so rather than washing the clothes comes out stinking and there is no one around to attend, I tried calling but just get the stupid long messages that loops over and over again and doesn't let you leave a message.

It is currently 0732 in the morning and I arrived at the Tramway Spin Cycle to wash only to find all the doors are locked and no one is answering the phones despite the facility looking clearly open. The hours of operations begin at 0600 so I don’t understand why an hour and a half later the doors are looked and no one seems to be inside. Upper management needs to address their employees who operate this facility at this time, this is how you lose business as I won’t be returning here again. Also the time it took me to write this review I’m currently still sitting in front of the facility in my vehicle and still no one appears to be inside at all. Poor service, management, and overall operation.

They suck I never use them the one time I do I get told I can’t use the place here I could see if I was causing trouble but I was on my phone minding my own business I get told that by some girl I could have broke in half like a twig but I remained calm said fine. I guess they aren’t here for business for the owner but the employees lmao this place is a joke

I used this laundry mat and its ok the machines are outdated and there no attendant at all its 6:30 pm there no machine to break bills there was a machine that didnt wash a customers clothes and they opened the door and water came out and there was no attendant to give money back you have to put a not working sign on the machine ur self and wait for a refund in the mail so it says and the vendending machine has outragious prices for tiny bags of chips spin cycle is showing its age and cant afford to pay people to run this place or help customers with broken machines ill just stick to modern day laundry mats that are cleaner and have Attendents.....and dont rip you off and have free dry days

This location is not the nicest. I had put my clothes and detergent into a washer just to find out it was broken. There was no employees around. The bathroom was disgusting had trash on the floor and the sink had a used bandaid in it. Because of the location I assumed it would be a nicer laundry mat but was wrong. I will probably never return to this location.

Machines are dirty and way over priced. Very outdated some washers leak and others wont take your quarters. Some dryers dont get hot Just go down the street to wash tub. They have all new machines. This place sucks.

Signs don't make sense, last wash at 5:00 but doors are locked at 4:30. Got there at 4:45 attendant laughed at me when I got to the locked door.

They keep this place nice and clea! Washers and dryers that don't work are always well marked. Super friendly helpful staff! plus some decent places to eat in the same plaza while you're doing laundry.
