Every time I come here almost all dryers broken down, the ones that do work you have to watch them or else the doors pop open and the timer still runs down and your money is wasted. I've spoken the the lady that works here she tries to tell me I'm over loading the dryers I open the dryer door and show her it's a half load of clothes or even one blanket and couple of sheets she tells me idk sorry I can't help you. I tell her the seals are not good on them this is why, some don't even have seals she does nothing. A regular guy comes everyday says people will put stickers on the washer and dryers stating they don't work just so when they get there they have a washer to themselves.

I came on Sunday 7/7/19 morning at 8 am . The female worker there was so rude. I asked politely to use the restroom and she looked at me rolled her eyes and scoffed. She never verbalized an answer as if to say I was not worth the energy of a reply. This was a strange visit because I do my laundry here weekly usually in the afternoon and the staff at those hours are great. I was actually pleasantly surprised to see one of your employees that I knew from a prior laundromat I frequented. Unfortunately this is not the only time shes been rude to me and ive seen her attitude towards others too. Please give kudos to your afternoon girls both the blond and brunette sorry I dont know their names. But on the otherhand the woman from the morning shift needs additional training on customer service. Keep up the usual customer service

I came in on a Sunday afternoon, very busy, the attendant came up to me and informed me, very politely, which were the 4 load, 3 load, and standard washers, how much they cost, which were available. The laundromat is VERY clean, machines are mostly new, and the attendant was constantly (but not annoyingly) making rounds, emptying lint traps and checking all machines. Five stars for certain.

Not a bad place to get laundry done. The front loading machines are more expensive (The Wash tub on 11th and Central only charges 16 quarters ($4) and this places charges 22 quarters ($5.50). Dryers are the same as everywhere else. There is free WiFi, a nice young lady was working there, very helpful. Only reason for the 3 stars is the prices of the front loader machines. I also used a top loading machine which cost $2 (an extra 50 cents for hot water) and it took longer than the front loaders. Overall, good experience.

Machines not well maintained. Not enough working dryers. Went on a Sunday, and had lots of open washers but it was really hard finding any open, working dryers. Hardly any laundry carts, and some of the ones they do have are in bad condition. Otherwise, the place is a little run down but ok. Has TVs, seating, vending machines, and staff on duty. Hours are good. I prefer it to another nearby laundromat where the dryers eat all your change and never dry anything.

Only good part is that it is open very late till 1am. The driers are all different times for $0.25 and some do not get hot. So i always have to put in $0.75 for 21mins and another I put in $0.25 for 10 mins which gets hot. Once they fix it i will be happy and rate 5 stars.

Full service laundry for $0.90 / lb. 3 days worth of work and casual clothes is about 12 pounds and costs $14 with tip to clean, dry, fold and hang shirts! A fine bargain with friendly, helpful staff.

Excellent business being compromised by an attendant who conspired to steal my laundry. I watched as they stole my $85 blanket. I was the only white person in the place so I dare not say anything. But first the guy put his basket on top of my washer that had my blanket in it. They think I don't know it because I'm old 64yrs, theft from the elderly is a felony it was last Saturday at about 430 pm so you know which employee did this. I will never go back what an evil bunch.

I personally feel that u can get just as much washed for 6 quarters as u can get in for 18 quarters. Yeah they would've washed better if i didn't fill it as much but i still didn't overload it. Im just saying the 18 quarter washing is really worth at most 10. But the $1.50 washers work good for a normal load of laundry. And 25 cents for 7 minutes in the dryer. Dry them for about 40 mins for a normal load and they dry really good. Nice place over all. I went on a sunday night and they had staff there keeping it clean.

Prices on the regular washers went up $0.75! WAY too much! Most of the dryers are usually completely down or you waste time & money hoping the ones in service actually do dry your clothes. Unless they make it a "Free Dry" it's no longer worth it to come here :'(

Horrible experience. The dryer shut off, even tho we put the time for 1 hour, it didn't heat up. Then it stopped all together. When we told the lady working, she said well too bad. Was very rude and wouldn't give us our money back or help us in any way. These other ladies came i,n after we moved dryers and spent more money, and they used the same dryer. Same thing happened, but the lady gavw them $10 so they could dry their clothes. She was also very kind and had a smile for them.

Nice place..quiet...easy. very inconsistent staff. Sometimes go in and the gentlemen was very nice and friendly. The girl was rude and condescending. Because she was doing laundry...she was sitting there watching TV waiting for her stuff to be done I quickly went to fold some clothes that finished in the dryer. She then yelled at me and said that's why the baskets were at folding table...because I'm using those baskets and table spots. Yet every basket was parked at the folding table. I did not hold her up in her process in any way. It was akward and very uncomfortable environment.

The only thing I like about this place is that it's close to where I live. The washing machines always leak water. You pay $5-$6 for a washer that doesn't even work. Had several occasions where I took my clothes out of the washer and they were still dry and dirty. So I had to put them in another washer and spend more money. Thank goodness the dry is only 25¢ because half of them don't even heat up. Oh yeah and let's not forget about the bill changer that takes your money and forgets to give you your quarters. And who's there to help you when someone guess wrong no one. Never an attendant there. Ever. Except the to good blonde that walks away while talking. If there's one thing I hate more then stepping in dog pop is a laundromat that doesn't have an attendant. Good job soon cycle, or lack there of.

I put 22 quarters in a washer for my comforter, it wanted an extra 12 quarters for hot water, so after $8.50 the load was done in less than ten minutes, what a rip off.

We put all the money needed into a large washer and it wouldn’t start. We notified the attendant and we’re told there was nothing she could do about it. We had our children with us who wanted a toy from the quarter machine we tried 3 different machines and none of them worked. The area for folding clothes was dirty, we won’t be returning although other laundromats are a little more expensive I’d rather not waste any more money here.

I usually go to the spin cycle on San pedro and Zuni harsh neighborhood way better then this one the dryers suck and cost .25 foot 7 minutes of cold air have to pay extra to wash in warm and hot water the both vending machines took my money and they wouldn't pay me back or work with me half the place was closed off over all bad experience I would rather be in the other one where the stuff actually does it's job I would not recommend this location! Extremely disappointed with the equipment!

Came here at noon. No problem getting a machine. The attendant helped me find the right washer for my load. I needed a front loader for my camp bedding. All good. (Update) Added a 4th star, the attendant was really helpful. Still, I wish there were more comphy places to sit. (And I totally get this, you're running a business here, not a lounge)

I'm giving this a 4 star because I used to come about 1030 at night, last wash is at 1145, but whenever I come, the doors are locked and the place is closed. Tonight it it is 1127 pm. Otherwise, great machines and the staff maintains a clean atmosphere.

My first time here. Came in to washed some large comforters. The staff went above and beyond in helping me decide which machine would be the most economical. Came here because it was close to an errand I had just run. I live in the NW by Cibola High School, but I might consider going out of my way to come here again to wash comforters. Plus the facilities appear a lot cleaner than other laundromats that I've visited.

I don’t come to laundromats often but I feel like this one could use some improvement. The coin dispenser stole money from me. I was told the only way to get a refund is for them to mail it to me... ridiculous. On top of that, the dryers take forever. In my opinion, they’re probably broken and they just refuse to fix them. Cost me extra money to keep turning them back on...

This location seems safe, fairly clean, has TV's on entertaining channels, and had enough video games to keep my son distracted. There is an ATM, and the attendant was friendly and approachable. I haven't been to any other laundromats, so I don't have much to compare to. I will say the experience was good for a first time laundromat- goer. I'd definitely come back to this location if necessary. I rated 3 stars for an average experience. - also can't forget to mention, free wifi!

Women attendent ask male attendent to salt ice sidewalk at entrance twice IN MY EAR SHOT, with no response. 6 washers in my sight have out of order signs. The 3 washers I am using do not have hot water which I paid for. Very disappointing. HOPE CONDITIONS IMPROVE.

Make sure you know which washer you're using as the bigger ones are significantly more. Otherwise, everything worked as usual. 7 minutes per quarter for the dryer and it worked as it should.

This place is always clean. The staff are friendly and outgoing but it’s hot during the day they need more fans or a better AC! I go here every two weeks and wouldn’t go anywhere else but it’s too hot inside. They need to do something about that. But great place and staff 5 star!!! Please spin cycle just look into that. I have three kids and they go with me and it’s so hot inside thank you(:

I don't need to go to elsewhere to do my laundry as much as I used to, but I have always gone to this place. It's never too hot inside, plus they have tv's and arcade games to play while you're waiting. The machines work great, they are well maintained and I have never had an issue with them smelling weird after taking them out.

Tried to call and verify time of closing, in case of any discrepancies since it's Sunday. They technically close at 11:45pm every night (you can "wash" before this time & can only dry after) not 12 or 1 as google states. Which I'm fine with. What I'm not fine with is being talked over and lied to. The lady who answered ruined my experience of this laundry mat before even going.

The prices are pretty average. 25¢ gets you 7 mins in dryers. It's $4.50 for a triple load, $6.50 for a mega load (I think 5-6 loads?) and work well. I did notice a lot of machines are out of order which could mean they need replaced or that the staff is attentive to maintenance. However the small white ones ($1.50 if you wash cold) don't really wash as well if you have heavily soiled clothing (baby vomit on shirts, pet hair, etc. And I normally spend $7 to wash and dry(2 adults, weekly wash). But I tried this place out and it took me an extra $3 just to dry my clothes. I did try other dryers and noticed some work better than others but overall it was a bad experience since I spent so much extra time and a little extra money. The staff seems nice, they do have plenty of bill to coin machines ( I counted 4), an ATM, but no bill to bill breaker, the snacks are relatively well priced ($1.25 average for chips, soft drinks and ice cream) and they have arcade machines(some racing game, Pacman, and Galaga) as well which are a nice touch. Overall clean, well lit, and tvs are working and at a good volume.

I enjoy the mornings at this location because it usually is very clean and staff is helpful. However, when I come at night time, there is this one lady who is just doesn't give the same experience. She seems to try to be friendly, but comes off rather shrew. She talks to much and is always complaining to others. I come to do laundry, not to gossip and make friends.

Got out of work late my dryer broke clothes were washed drove to this place to use the dryer the sign and online said they close at 1am I drove up around 11:30pm I see the worker a female and a man folding their own laundry with the doors locked told me they were closed.

I've been doing laundry here for over a year now. The prices did go up a little but I mean I would rather do laundry here then at my apartment complex. When I went yesterday it was a little hot and the bathroom did smell funny but other than that this place is great to do laundry, it only takes me about less then 2 hours to wash and dry. It's really convenient to just drive over here because I only live like 2 mins away. I do recommend this laundry mat!

I guess if you want to feel like a local, go to a laundromat. If you are in Albuquerque, go to this place. It's HUGE! It's clean; the lady mopping the floors is doing it by sections, with signs letting you know. She's not being rude or OCD about it either; my family has now gone into the off limits area to play a game (first my daughter, then my partner - oh my), but she's been very nice about it, telling me it's okay to play the game (a racing one, 50¢). They have vending machines for toys, ice cream, arcade games and big bills. The bathroom is CLEAN! Smells like cleaning solution :) I didn't feel skeeved about putting down my container of wipes. There's also a general sink for washing and drying your hands. And it's given us a cool reprieve from the heat outside (at almost 11 at night). And so far, no sketchy patrons. Also, free wifi so I can write reviews.

Thats how they get all your money too cause the dryers suck so you will constantly be putting more and more money until your belongings are fully dry. Its ridiculous! This is probably the best spincycle in Albuquerque. Their hours of operation are awesome and the place is always clean & there are very few machines out of order at any given time. Attendants are always friendly. I live about 1 mile from the spincycle on 4th Street and will drive all the way to Montgomery & Louisiana. I wish 4th st would take some pride in their store because it's beyond disastrous. But at least I can use this location!

This is my local Laundry place. It's fine. They make an effort to keep the location clean. Often times when I am there they are making rounds to remove the lint from the dryers. I've been coming here for two years. It's exactly what you expect from a Laundry place. The staff there, to me, has always been friendly or at worst, neutral. It's really fine. I don't know why anyone would rate it one star.

If you are looking for a clean laundrymat with working equipment SKIP SpinCycle on Montgomery. If you want a personable attendant SKIP SpinCycle. Dryers were full with dried clothes for the 2 hours I was there. I asked if they could do something the attendant's response was "you can't do anything but I know who the clothes belong to. They are in their car getting high". Good to know the attendant is useless to do "anything" other than gossip with her friends.

Filthy. Half the machines are broken. Many of the rest have bent hinges or other issues that make operating them more difficult than necessary. $5.50 for a four-load machine, $0.25 for 7 minutes ($2 per hour!!) in the dryer. Dryers don't heat up completely and take at least an hour and a half to dry a full load of laundry. For the outrageous prices they charge, you'd expect the place to be clean and all the machines to work. STAY AWAY!

Terrible. Harold's needs to reopen, it was safer and better. This town doesn't have one good 24 hour laundromat anymore. Tell that girl not to raise her girls to steal clothes and get that Buster's hand out of her pants in front of my dryer. Pretty sure someone else was hoping to steal my car while she pretended she wasn't wanting to wear my stained underwear. I Left before the clothes were dry.
