Due to a leaking water pipe, my Santa Fe condo's brick floors needed heavy-duty cleaning and then resealing. Ron responded promptly to my inquiry and came from ABQ to discuss what was needed and give an estimate. He was knowledgeable & professional. His team arrived on time and did super work while I was away from the house for 3 days. They carefully moved furniture & put it back; found & saved for me some jewelry I'd lost in the house, and cleaned up afterwards so the only sign they'd been there was an almost-like-new floor. I heartily recommend.

Our carpet is pretty old and really needs to be replaced, to be honest, but in anticipation of having company visiting us from out of town, I called SaniCare in the hopes that it might possibly look good enough without replacing it. After SaniCare worked their magic the old carpet looked so much better!! They were prompt and professional as well as extremely nice. And, happily, we were able to put off getting new carpet until a later more convenient time. I highly recommend SaniCare.

Going through the loss I experienced because of a slow water leak was tragic. Three rooms were affected. I lost carpet and a beautiful Oriental rug. But working with Ron and his team was so wonderful. As soon as I discovered that the dining room was under water, and we had the water off, I called Sani Care. A team came within 30 minutes. They had all the damage stopped within an hour--while I was tutoring a student in the other room! Ron and his wife dropped by later that night to double check that everything to my satisfaction. Over the new few days, the team of two young men came back, tearing out sheet rock, trim, baseboards, cabinets. The best part was the quality of their work. No, the best part was how courteous and dependable these young were. I actually gave them the key to the house and let them work when I couldn't be home. They were that trustworthy. A friend was visiting once when the two young men were working at the house. She commented on how courteous they were. I would tell people who have been through this kind of crisis, "Call SaniCare AND NO ONE ELSE!"

I can't say enough good things about this company! From the estimate to the finished product, everyone was very professional, friendly, informative, helpful and honest. (Some things would not come out as I had hoped, but they told me that from the beginning.) That said, the Fiona Stone floor and grout came out better than I thought it would! They did a great job of removing 16 years of dirt and patched up several areas that had cracked grout. While they were here, I asked if they could clean 2 upholstered chairs. They did that at the same time and they look terrific! My Chinese rug is still with them being cleaned and I hope it will be as good as the rest of their service. They were careful, considerate and thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended to many friends. Well, I got my clean rug back and am very pleased. They really worked on it to remove all the stains and deep dirt. It looks great. Once again, everyone was really nice. Whenever I need something cleaned that they can do, I will call Sanicare!

When I called a week before a large wedding in our home, I wasn't expecting they could fit me in. Not only did they work me into their schedule, when I called a few days before they arrived and asked if they could include more rooms, Brandon said it would be no problem. Our carpet was horrible and it hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 5 years. We are preparing to replace the carpeting but my husband commented that after Sanicare cleaned it, we should wait a bit. We couldn't believe how it looked after they were done. The cleaners were so polite, went to extra effort to remove several stains and the prices are so very reasonable. Use them - you will be so pleased.

We have used SaniCare in the past....but that was before kids! We recently got our area rugs, carpets, and tile/grout cleaned. I so wish I had taken before and after photos because I cannot believe how clean everything looks!! They got heavy traffic areas out of the carpet (along with some spots that I didn't know what they were but I didn't think would come out), dog stains out of the grout, and the evidence of potty training out of the bathrooms! We also had an ottoman cleans which was riddled with toddler messes and it looks like I just upholstered it! Absolutely impressed with the timing of it all too - they were out of the house before naptime, which any mother would appreciate! I would recommend them to anyone!

They faced an impossible challenge with scratched up natural stone tile. They put in a lot of extra time and effort so that it came out looking spectacular. They went above and beyond. The team was hard working, personable and professional.
