We recently chose Reliable Floor Care Plus to shampoo our 2 bedroom apartment. Remy Reeder was the employee who showed up to our front door and immediately greeted me with a smile, a handshake, and a business card. He was very professional and polite. I had an 11 month old here with me the whole time who didn’t leak a single cry. She felt just as safe as I did. The job was done in a timely manner, very precise and efficiently done. He was in and out quickly while still getting the job done correctly and left the carpet immaculate! I recommend them to any home!

This group goes above and beyond!! I highly recommend Reliable Floor Care Plus! This isnt the first time I’ve used them for my carpet cleaning and the work has always been constant... excellent job!! Remy was able to schedule me quickly and Greg was professional and knowledgeable . My 17 year old carpet looks brand new! They even took extra efforts to keep things clean while worked and keep the heat in by covering my door! Their rates are great - service is great...you can’t go wrong with these guys! I Will be having my furniture cleaned next!!

Flood We had a massive flood in our basement and Of course it happened after 5:00 pm.Remy rushed right over and began removing the water. He had to return daily for the next 5 days to check the progress and got everything completely dried out. And they worked with my insurance company for compensation.
