On the chance that your cleaning may come back in poor condition or damaged, don't even bother. The staff here will treat you rudely and invent every possible fabricated explanation why YOU were responsible for their shoddy service.

This is a wonderful place. I have a comforter that last year someone charged me $40 here in town. I was shocked when I picked it up. But I have been charged 25 before. Sometimes I dry clean it but I preferre to launder it. I took it here. And not only did they charge me a seriously LOW price. But they saved my comforter. I actually thought I was going to have to get rid of it after this year. Not to mention my other 90 lb child with four waited too long to go potty and went a bit on my comforter. A little bit for aIt's very expensive but more than that I love it. I've had it for about 8 years and use in the winter months. They laundered it and it came back fluffy looking like new. And no doggy smell. They did not charge for that extra work. I will use this place as long as they are there and I am here. And to put a cherry on top they're really nice people. I hope this review since other people to their business. Not only because they deserve to have the business. But I think that people will be like me and be grateful they found a place as good as this.

Have been going there for years and always can depend on them. May not be able to turn it around in one day but they are very reasonable in their pricing and always have a smile and helpful attitude. I think they are cheaper than doing it yourself and they fold the cloths for you! Excellent business!

I just dropped off laundry for the first time! Very reasonable,includes products and they did a beautiful job folding! Used Peralta's Dry Cleaning back in the day. Hmmmm...thought they had closed.

I can't property explain just how bad this dry cleaner is. But I'll give it a try. I utilized their services on four different occasions. How does a company screw up four out of four? On all four occasions, there were stains on shirts, that were pointed out. On every occasion, all four still had the stains even I picked them up. I used an over the counter stain remover on two shirts myself, and that got the stains out no problem. The other two shirts were brought in to another dry cleaner ..who got them out. Seemingly, Peralta didn't even try, and didn't even care. On one occasion, they didn't crease the suit pants as I asked. On the last occassion, they burned a suit jacket (expensive, custom), to were it's unwearable and ruined, from using caustic chemicals and then had the temerity to say that it was there when I brought it in. They are SO bad, that they have ventured into the 'pathetic' realm. And there is an arrogance with the dude behind the counter, apparently the owner's son. He acted like what you see in a caricature of a snooty Parisian in an exclusive salon on Rodeo. Not from a scruffy guy in a dry cleaners in Taos. I would rather travel twice a month to Santa Fe or Espanola, then ever use their services again. And they seem to have that reputation as I have since found out..though they are now, sadly, the only dry cleaning have in town. Laughably and sadly terrible, and with their pathetic deniability... They just don't care. Avoid at all costs, if you value your clothes...and your self respect.
