I am so impressed with this place. I came in around 430pm today, Thursday 2/9/18. I didn't catch her name but the employee was so professional, kind, patient, and caring. I was very worried about the laundry services, especially with how particular I am. She went through all my questions & reassured me that they would do their best. She didn't make me feel like a burden & she understood all my concerns. The place was well kept. Everything was well organized. When she showed their work, it confirmed how much they care about the customer. The clothes were all folded nicely, they smelled fresh, and they were wrinkle free. I'm very excited to do business with them. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone!

I had a TON of laundry that had accumulated when my hands were injured & really unable to do much of anything and I was delighted when my husband mentioned finding a laundry service. Mom’s Laundry Room took care of everything I hadn’t been able to get done - and it was a ginormous pile of clothes - even bedding and towels! The staff was very polite and I was surprised when I received a call a day early that my stuff was available for pickup! It would have taken me more than a week to get all of it done - if not longer! My laundry was neatly folded and organized so that it was simple and easy to unpack and put away when I got it home. I will definitely be going back- saved me soooo much time and I was able to get other things done that needed my full attention. Highly recommended! Thanks Mom’s Laundry Room!

I came on my lunch hour a week ago. the lady who help me was so nice and professional! I am in town for work for the next couple of months and I will definitely be coming back. my clothes were perfect and taken care of. thank you!

So happy to have found Realynn and her company! Horrible customer service. The owner Raylyn and her staff perceive asking basic questions about service and pricing as complaining. She is rude, confrontational and invented various scenarios and discussions that never happened with her and her staff and still never answered my original questions. If she was organized and competent she would have list of services, time frames for laundry pick up and a pricelist for those services on her website, in her store front or in a pamphlet for customers. What a disappointment.
