This company is not only professionally expert, but is focused strongly on customer service. From our household, we have given Martinizing complex garments to clean, including some with difficult stains, and have invariably received excellent results. Most important, one can feel from the moment one enters the shop that the staff are friendly and happy workers who care about customers. We are lucky to have such a good concern right here on our doorstep in Santa Fe.

The manager is outstanding. Unfortunately she is ill and her staff haven't got a clue. Took a white Matelasse set in with some stains ....got it back yellow . Removed stains myself and had to clean the cover myself or pay for it again.SMH.

Owner is a **** who harasses people trying to park at the bakery next door. The parking lots are conjointed so there isn't much room. We were waiting literally 30 seconds for a parking spot when he pulled up behind us and started honking. We pointed that we were waiting for a spot, but there was also a traffic jam and we couldn't really move anywhere. 30 seconds was literally all we needed, so what does he do? He gets out of his truck and starts harassing my wife in a rude and condescending manner that she needs to get out his way. Well, you don't say! No, we thought we would just park in the middle of a lot blocking to make it inconvenient for everybody! Seriously, I would NEVER do business with someone like this. Maybe the service is good, but on pricipal alone I would go elsewhere.

Excellent service, friendly staff, always a pleasure. I thank you for the Jolly Tokens that reward loyalty. Suggestions: (1) please provide larger containers to recycle the hangers. The shirt hangers are oversize and do not fit the containers you now offer. (2) Tokens should be automatically added to the account so I don't have to remember the paper award.
