I'm not from this town but I usually like to wash here when I come out. Arrived before 9:30 and one of the workers popped in front of me as I opened the door and doesn't greet/welcome me, but immediately tells me I need to get my laundry into the washers by 9:40. Fine. Most of the area was closed due to mopping. They even closed the restroom before 9:40 which is suppose to be the last wash, but it don't close until 11! Anyway, we (my family and I) we're constantly being reminded of the time. They even turned the tv off when one of the workers reminded us of the time, yet again. We were out on time I guess but it was horrible. I don't think I'll be back again.

Today is January 6,2017. The so called laundry attendant is just too busy on her phone and walks out constantly to smoke her cigarettes. She is HIRED TO clean the machines, sweep the floor n wipe down the machines. BUT WHAT IS SHE DOING? On her phone, sitting on her butt doing nothing but earning a check for doing nothing. I need a job. Whomever the owner is or hirec this ypung girl, needs to do random check ins to see if their employees r doing their paid duties to earn a paycheck.

Love doing laundry here and place is always clean and friendly staff and service and only thing is the place is very busy on weekend night I mean busy and they should have two People work here at night, one person is not enough when. He or she is busy helping others and someone us wait at the counter for change or help so the owner should see that . But other then that I try too make it on a weekday or morning when it’s not busy.

Worker was rude. She wasn't at the counter and I kept ringing the bell, so I thought 'ok I'll come back later'. She comes out of the restroom and I realize that why she wasn't at the counter. I ask for quarters and she doesn't talk she just grabs a dollar bill and goes around me gets quarters and gives em too me. I say Thank you

EMPLOYEES ARE......... I like washing here and coffee for 50cent but the ladies working today (11/7/16 9:57) seem eager to clock out and chase everyone home.... She dumped the coffee out at 9:30pm and the place doesn't close until 11:00pm.....there mopping at 9:50 and closing off on side.... O my word! Only one lady is doing the duties, the white ladies are just standing around watching TV. I'm hoping the company can hire some else who will enjoy the aroma of laundry. Do the duty of the job. America needs to stop paying people who wanna just go home, and do nothing at work. That's paying them.
