User BEWARE! Washed two of my items (paid for dry cleaning). Shrank my sweater and my brand new WHBM shirt. My shirt is now tired and limp looking besides being shorter. Of course, I have no recourse. I’m so disappointed.

They had to "resend" my coat and told me it would take a week to clean it. When I finally got it back, they hadn't cleaned it at all and charged me $20. I won't EVER be using this cleaner again! Worst service ever!

They lose/steal your clothes, then they tell you to keep coming back to get a "lost clothes" form - which they NEVER find... AND THEN NEVER PAY YOU!!! Don't trust these scammers!

Lost an expensive shirt, failed to follow cleaning instructions three consecutive times. Doesn't keep claim forms onsite for customers to use when 'lost' clothing occurs. This business used to be great and now it is just bad. Sad, really sad.
