Worst customer service ever by a small asian man Im not too sure if hes the owner. I only stopped by there today because l was in a hurry and first thing coming in I get yelled at for only drying there and told my clothes better not be too wet when putting it in. It also smells like sewage water and its a poorly built dirty place. What mostly bothered me is a Mexican mom walked in with her son and they start putting in clothes and this Asian comes to them and askes them to ask him how to use it they stay quiet as they dont speak English and then he says why do you come here if you dont speak english? I speak spanish so I told the people what I had to and mentioned this man is a prick and is obviously rude and rasist. This business takes advantage of the fact our town is small and were limited to our options of laundromats but I sure as hell will not be going here again! He touches your clothes takes your money and insist of him putting everything in place and doesn't want you to touch his filthy machines that hardly work.

I wouldn't even give it a one star this place is filthy and the Asian in charge is so rude with everyone I've even seen him be mean with kids best place to go is wash away clean and cheaper and it's just a couple block away

I'm new to the area looking for a laundromat found this place on the way home. Its a bit dirty, not well taken cared of. Machines are filthy and the place smells like mildew. Compared to other places of its kind its also pricey. Gave it a chanse, washed my clothes here but don't think I will return.

VERY RUDE AND Not Friendly at ALL. He started off approaching us ABRUPTLY stating you can’t wash that blanket in there. Then I responded it’s a small dog pillow not a blanket. The. He states there’s another washer over there (pointing to the washer on the other side). THEN changes his mind by saying we’re closed now. IN SHORT WORDS WHAT AN A&@HOLE.

I walked in with my kids crazy attendant guy went crazy.. telling me to watch my kids. Who does that!!!!! My kids were sitting on chairs. I got my clothes and left. That place will go out of business fast

Been coming here for few month and seen Asian I believe owner yell at people for little to no reason, and emmidiately asking them not to return. Today he did it to me simply putting 1 small very thin fiber blanket in what he considered a small machine. Made me take it out which I had paid already then got upset because his floor got wet, although I apologized and told him I was going as fast as I could to place it in a expensive one which is what he wanted he still asked me not to return. I will gladly take my money some place else, don't think he understands that our money is what keeps him in business and surely Hobbs has better to offer. Wrong way to run a business when dealing with the public!!!
