Window advertisement states satisfaction guarantee but employees don't honor it. I took a tee shirt in for grease stains and they couldn't remove them so I asked about the guarantee. Neither of the employees knew what it was and made me pay to take my shirt. Awaiting call back from management in hopes of resolving issue.

They quote you a one price for your dry cleaning and when you go pick up they tell you something different and make you pay more. They don't honor the quoted price for there services!

This particular comet cleaners has been at this location for over 25 years, the costumer service is very reasonable and respectful! Staff is polite, and clothes are finished when they say they will be. And the prices are very reasonable! Stop in and give this location a try!

I had a bad experience that turned into a great one with Comet Cleaners! I took my daughter’s dress there to be cleaned because I didn’t trust myself with it. It had pleats in it that were permanently creased, but when I got it back someone had completely ironed out the pleats and ruined it!! Initially I was very angry because it was an expensive dress from Dillard’s that my mother had bought. I brought it to their attention and they said they would see what they could do. When they couldn’t fix my dress they went to Dillard’s and bought us a new version of the exact same dress! I understand that mistakes are made but accountability needs to be taken when they are made, and they certainly did in this case. I was very pleased with the professional way this mishap was handled. Thanks again ❤️
