I have been using ACC now for the past 7 years. I have George out in the Spring and then again in the early Winter...he always does a superb job on my carpets and furniture. I have referred him to several of our friends and my family who are all very impressed with the care he takes to keep his customers extremely satisfied. This Spring I even brought our 5th wheel to the house and had George work his magic on the carpets which had a few stains...after he finished they looked just like new again. I don't think there is a better carpet cleaning company in town!!..Just recently we purchased a newer home with ceramic tile in most rooms. The grout was so dirty I had doubts that it would ever come clean. I called George who came out and he thought that with the chemicals he uses as well as his machines that are designed for tile and grout cleaning he could get them back to almost new in appearance. I was skeptical but I trusted his judgment. Now...this is a labor intensive job and it is not cheap. He was here for almost 4 hours...but when he finished I could believe how great our grout looked!! I sealed it the next day...and after 6 hours of hard labor I wished I had had George do this too..but the end result is a new appearing floor and a beautiful High Desert Home. I highly recommend George for any of your floor needs. Nobody in town offers a more quality service as since he owns the company you know he will do the best job possible for you!!

This experience did not start as smoothly as it might have. A company truck experienced an operator fault that caused the system to freeze overnight after temperatures dropped to about 18 degrees in Abq. This caused a delay of several hours before they were finally able to arrive. I had previously told him that this project was going to be difficult (my father and brother were/are disabled) and cleanliness is not something they are good at. As soon as George entered the home, he stated that it was beyond stinky (using a f-word) description that earned him an immediate rebuke from my brother. This did not bode well for any work that was absolutely required. After a preliminary look-over, George and crew immediately declined to clean one room. The carpet really needed to be removed/replaced but was beyond the time schedule that I was confined to. As the project began, George and Chris did their best to clean the various rooms with good results for the most part. Only one section of the living room area was unable to be cleaned and replacement is the only alternative beyond covering it with a throw rug. Chris decided that he might as well try to clean the other previously declined room. His efforts were rewarded as the room ended up being much cleaner than I had reasonably expected it to be. Overall, the project cost was in line with the service provided and the job results were better than I expected. Chris showed himself to be a professional about his work and went about it in an orderly manner. Amazing! They showed up on time and were very friendly. As they were cleaning the carpets, I could see the clean side contrasting against the side that hadn't yet been cleaned. I really could not believe how dirty our carpets had been. I mean, we keep them regularly vacuumed and thought they were in relatively good shape. The fellows made our floors look so good. The job was a tile/grout nightmare with caked on dirt over time, pet odors and stains, years of traffic and never had a maintenance cleaning completed on them, they came out phenomenal. George came to the rescue on short notice when we found out the sellers of the home we purchased let their dog use the master bedroom as its personal pee pad. It was unbelievable - the entire house was pungent from the permeating odor. He was timely, honest, and spent extra time making sure the odor and stains were eliminated. Spent extra time on trouble spots in home. Really took the time to make it look nice and professional. He really loves what he does and it shows by how nice he makes it look. He is very clean and organized as well, and really took the time to protect the walls from the hoses going through the house. We love how nice the home smelt and how clean it was. (We did have the stain guard put on which has some scent added to it that smelt good)

I have used George at Albuquerque Carpet Care for many years and he has never failed me ! There have been times that I was desperate due to a terribly large ugly stain from a dog being sick and company was expected the next day. George came to my rescue late in the evening and after much work removed the stain entirely. I was eternally grateful ! He is very reliable and always most pleasant. I would never think of using another carpet cleaning service. George is the best !! George came through for me once again this week. I have foster dogs that had a significant and most smelly accident on the carpet in the study. There must have been at least 15 spots which I never thought could ever be removed ! I honestly thought I would have to replace the carpet. Despite the fact that George had appointments he made time in his schedule to come to my rescue. The magical pet removing concoction that he used took out every spot ! The carpet looks like nothing ever happened ! George is a life saver and I recommend him to everyone I know ! On February 11, George did 4 rooms and the hallway and did an excellent job as usual. This time, I did not have any significant dog stains, but he refreshed all the carpets and area rugs. My carpeting is 14 years old and still looks very good and I attribute this to consistent and thorough cleaning by Albuquerque Carpet Care. Yesterday, July 11th, George cleaned all the carpets and area rugs. I really appreciate how thorough he is in vacuuming all the rugs first as I have a Golden Retriever who has Goldens over for a Play Date often, so there is lots of dog hair embedded in the carpet ! It is amazing how different all the rooms look when George is finished. I have never been disappointed with his work and would not consider using any other company !
