I love this laundromat. Been washing with them for a very long time...all locations. I’ve had much better experiences during the day. Was happy to see the older woman who works evenings wasn’t there. She likes to yell at children. However, one evening I had to wash was surprised to see that she is in fact still employed there. She’s such an unpleasant person. I don’t know how the owner chose to employ her.

Use to like this laundromat, but I don't understand how you close at 12 and close the left side of the laundromat off to clean. I came in 9:30 and was told to only use the other side. I'm have to take clothes back home. Such a waste of time! I can't wash all my clothes what's the point?!

I’m literally sitting in here now waiting for my clothes to dry and a small load on spin. They two ladies who are working here, are moping and sweeping around my feet and another young man who is here. I understand they want to get a jump start but that is unprofessional and unsafe to say the least. I can easily slip and fall on the wet floor. They aren’t rude themselves but the gesture of mopping and sweeping around people feet while they still in are is very rude. this isn’t the first time this happened. If i didn’t live across the street i definitely wouldn’t come here anymore!

I just had these worse experience ever at this laundry mat! The staff whom is an older woman was extremely rude and very unprofessional!!! I arrived at the laundry mat around 7:45pm on Saturday night and immediately upon entering this establishment the older woman approached me and told me I could ONLY use the left side of the laundry room for the two biggest machines, all other machines were off limits because SHE didn't want anyone to use them! Why you ask??? Because she stated SHE wanted to leave early because she was tired and didn't want anyone to mess up that side of the laundry mat! I proceeded to comply only to realize that allllllllllllllll the other machines on the right side of the laundry mat were taken. She then said to me very sarcastically "are you going to stay her and help me clean up? I have a family to go home to as well! It's raining and I want to be in my bed" Yes the employee said all of that to a paying customer!!! I then replied saying "you will not leave any sooner if I have to wait for machines, I have a lot of clothes to wash." She then sucked her teeth and said fine go ahead! However, it doesn't stop there, she continued to harrass me by hovering over me and monitoring me because she also told me not to make a mess. I am a 35 year old woman, I am not a child!!!! Everyone that came in immediately after me around 8:30pm-9pm were told not to use the left side of the laundry mat. However a pregnant woman came in and the employee did the same thing to her and it escalated to the point where the POLICE had to be called. The employee got into a screaming match with the pregnant woman and physically blocked the pregnant woman from using the machines! Totally unacceptable 3 police officers showed up as the employee was yelling out "I don't care who you call! You don't sign my paychecks! What happened to customer service?????? I've been a loyal customer at The Laundry Depot, however tonights service was unacceptable and I will not pay money to not be appreciated and harassed by staff!!!!

Updating my previous 5 star to 2 because of the horrible customer service I recieved. The employee is steady chatting it up with someone. I'm standing at the window like an idiot waiting for her to notice me.. She doesn't. So after 2 minutes I say "excuse me" and she turns to me and has the nerve to ROLLS HER EYES and huff and puff! I'm sorry for interrupting your little chat to have you do your job.. The thing you get paid to do! I try to let that go and be nice and ask how she is.. All she could do was complain about how tired she is and she can't wait to go home. She's gives me my receipt and I say thank you with a smile.. She says nothing in return. She just goes back to chatting and being friendly to whoever this other person was. I definitely won't be back! I'm noting this on 5/8/18 at 6:30 PM so they know who the employee was.

Been there twice. After my 2nd experience, I gave away my card with $4 balance to a random person because my mind was made up that I would never spend another penny in that place. The old woman who works nights there is rude beyond belief. I walk in at about 9:30. Soon as I get in, Im told I can’t use the left side of the laundromat because it was just cleaned. Ummm... ok. So I head over to the opposing side. I’m loading about 6 machines. One of my bags clothes wasn’t sorted and that did hold me up a bit. At about 10:15 this old woman is telling me from about 20 feet away that ‘I’m holding her up’. I promptly remove my headphones and I ask her to repeat herself. Her tone didnt agree with me so I gave her a chance to correct it. Excuse me??? How am I holding you up? She wanted me clear of the area I was in because she wanted a head start on mopping before they close. Ummm... it’s about 10:15 and you close at 12am. How am I holding you up? She then proceeds to tell me, the last wash is at 10:30pm and my laundry is supposed to be sorted before I get there. Oh really? I had no idea. I’ve only been doing my own laundry for the last 20 years. I go to look at the hours posted at the entrance and it clearly states the last wash is at 11pm. I really didn’t want to leave despite her attitude because I had a lot of clothes to wash. I work a lot and I don’t have my own vehicle so it was either get it done that night or postpone until who knows when. But at about 10:30 I decided to pack up my stuff and leave because God forbid, she has an issue with me using their dryers past 11pm, I would have completely lost my temper so I just gave my card away and left. I’m a grown man and the last thing I need is to be getting into back and forths with some crazy old woman. I work days and nights are my only chance to get laundry done. No way should anybody have to deal with that.

The Laundry Depot was nice but the Machine need to be cleaned they have a very bad odor especially the large machine. I tried to tell the lady attendant but she stayed on her cell.phone. The owner needs to come and check things out. I pray the ladies aren't the owners
