Will not go back my dryer broke and i went to dry my close they have a sign you cant use dryer unless you wash your clothes tthere. Unless you pay for a wah.

As a customer that comes in weekly to wash my family clothes I have never found the place dirty or smells. I wash over 75lbs of clothes weekly and never had any issues with the washing machines not washing or spending a ridiculous amount of money on the dryers as one person stated before. The most I waste is $30 every week which is a reasonable price to wash the amount of clothes I wash The owner is very attentive to the place and his customers and so is Delfina that works there. So I find it hard to believe the negative things people post on here. Especially when people bring in pet bedding I had an incident that someone prior to me had pets and washed their pets bed in the machine and I washed my clothes afterward and my clothes were filled with pet hair. The owner saw this and paid to rewash my clothes. So is this unfair for people to pay for an extra wash no it’s isnt especially bringing pet bedding into a washer machine other people are going to use after I would recommend this laundromat to any one in the area that is looking for a place to wash their clothes

Won't be going back here. Have done wash and dry for almost a year. The one time my aunt's washing machine broke. (Trying to save money where we can; when we can) We needed some where to dry our clothes. We though well why not bring it to where we normally go. We explained my aunt's dryer broke. We were turned away, we were told we had to wash and dry there. Not just dry. I couldn't believe it, never heard of such a thing. To top it off thw dryers don't dry well and the place smells like mildew. Went herr out of convertnce ... We'll be bringing our business somewhere else.

Always greeted with a smile. Their drop-off service is excellent! My clothes are always done when they say they will be done and folded perfectly. Great reasonable rates too. Very convenient.

Top notch. The owner keeps the place spotless and keeps the machine breaking riff raff at bay. Everytime I go I know I'm getting good machines.

I gave two stars because this place was absolutely great up until this weekend. My fiance and I have been going here for the past 2 years and over the weekend we had washed a comforter and blanket and were accused of washing pet bedding multiple times. We do have dogs that shed, but our clothes have dog hair on them as well and we never received a complaint from the employees here. We can't really help it if there's dog hair on our laundry. We were forced to pay to clean the machine so they could process the bleach through. I know that losing one customer won't make a difference because it's a laundromat, let's be honest tons of people go to laundromats, but we were loyal customers who were treated terribly this past weekend. The drop off service is great and the place doesn't smell and is clean, but after this weekend I just can't give more than a 2 star review.

I just heard that a customer was told to re wash her clothes or leave because she wanted to use the dryer. The customer's dryer broke so all she needed to do was dry her clothes. What kind of business is this...its extortion. I would not spend 1 red cent in this place and will make sure my friends and family stays away!

I can’t believe this. Turned away when needed to use dryer. My dryer broke on the hottest day of the year. I pleaded. He wanted to charge me an extra fee. Said he loses money on the dryer. What BS. What happened to kindness in my community? Since I'm blocked from responding to his response, I will add to my first posting. He was very rude through the entire interaction. If he really wants to run a business, he needs to be open to all potential customers. If, as he claims, he loses money with the dryers, that represents a poor business decision. A good businessperson would be making a profit off all aspects of the business. He should have learned from the previous customer who told her it was cheaper to go to the laundromat than buy a new dryer. And anyone who can dry an average load of clothes for $1.00 is living in fantasy land. I would have spent at least $5.00 to dry my two loads of laundry. And bringing your own wine to a restaurant with a liquor license is NOT the same thing. I wasn't bringing my own dryer!! If I was taking a dryer that was needed by a customer washing clothes, that would be a different story. However, the place was fairly empty. Your explanation is lacking.

Useless place. Waiting on a part for my dryer, so my wife goes down with wet clean clothes. The attendant refuses to allow her to dry the clothes. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE IN THE PLACE. Useless incompetence. Oh, and Budd Lake is nicer, and has bagels and pizza next door.

BEWARE ALL LADIES! I will never go there again! I was asked by THE OWNER on two occasions if he could go into my dirty laundry bag to see what I was about to put into the machine. I was there to wash clothes.... It's a laundry mat!!! He tried to play it off as if it was a standard to ravage through my belongings. I stormed out feeling uneased that my personal spaces was violated as it was.

Clean and attendant is very friendly, I am upset that there is a tub to collect non perishable food and I donated a bag full last week and it's still outside....granted it was just a bunch of pasta, but I'm sure someone could have used it this week.........

This guy is a total jerk! Tells you how much you're allowed to put in each machine, and refused to let me pay him to finish them. What kind of business is this? I'll but bigger machines before I give him another quarter

Just today, My wife lost her Engagement and wedding ring. Worried and frightened they could be gone forever. Then the phone rings, and all hope is restored. She called me to tell me that the Laundromat had found her engagement ring and would continue to search for her Wedding ring, and found it. The integrity and trust from this establishment is second to none. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You will always have our Business.

Just now left here....I drop literally twenty bucks every three weeks here and some dushbag owner said I can't just dry my clothes that I must wash them too. SUCH A SHAME WAS TREATED LIKE POS AFTER ALL I'VE SPENT HERE. PLEASE DON'T USE. I'm very upset about this
