Expensive but clean and nonthreatening. Unlike the last three laundromats I've tried I have not seen any bed bugs here. Ugg last place had them crawling on the countertops.

It is clean and maintained. The washers are very Pricey I suspect it’s to cover the free drying service. The attendants don’t speak English very well and one has the most rambunctious child who runs and screams freely in the place. He harasses you for money tries to grab your phone constantly or any item he deems nessesary and his mother is either nowhere to be found or doesn’t care as she works there as a laundry attendant. I wouldn’t get my clothes dropped off there as they “lose” a lot of things.

Policy is if your dryers dit dry after 30 you get free dryer... I had to buy extra dryer time because Their dyers are not very hot and kept my towels and jeans wet. Rosalinda was not very helpful.. seems that she's willing to help her friends but other she gives a hard time.. she spoke in Spanish with her friends and was laughing at us while I was speaking to my husband about the service. I understand Spanish and was not pleased with her attitude or with the service. I've lost laundry here and it's because of poor service. Very tacky and rude service. Will not recommend spending your money here. I won't again

Free dryers and like way more time on em than you could ever want I got like 6 hours of excess drying built up on my card I do like 3weeks worth of laundry in 1 load with the biggest machines. Really makes me think people with home washers and dryers are kinda stupid for spending 4 hours like when I did laundry at a coin operated and it's the same price but takes 3 cycles yo I'll carry that ish to the laundromat. For real.

False advertising alert! Dryers ARE NOT free. You have to wash your clothes at the establishment in order for dryers to be "free" and then you are only given access to 30 minutes of free drying time. Washers are EXTREMELY expensive.

My units broke at my apartment so I had soaking wet clothes. They advertised free dryers but when I went there they said it's mandatory to pay for the washer. So not really free if it's mandatory to pay for something. Also I paced around the place a few times before a girl sitting on her phone in front of a pile of half folded laundry asked if I needed anything. She answered my questions with mostly head nods but spoke fine english

It's a good place to do laundry but there are a lot of people that go there that have no respect for everyone else's property. I can't tell you how many time I walk back in and find garbage in my l laundry basket. People are to lazy to walk and put there garbage in the trash they just through it your laundry basket. And people never watch there kids while they are there they run around like little crazy people and they have no respect for anyone.

Washed many a thing here, every-time something (usually bras) are broken blankets come out torn and/or stained. I also think think they may be overpriced (ie the huge washers will run you $13 per load the one under that $10 and so on). That being said the place is quite if you go on a week day and seems to be clean with free driers that don’t really seem to dry properly. I want to like this place I do since it’s nice but during my last trip either the washer or dryer ruined every single one one my bras, and ripped and stained a blanket a gross yellowish green color.

Free dryers..everyday. 2 different sets of washers. Some double loaders. Facility is somewhat clean..and quiet. Their busy..has chairs to sit in and game and drink machines. They also do laundry for you. Check within..

Could be cleaner and all tv's set on Spanish channels as the attendant is Spanish, not very customer friendly. Update they've stopped having all the TVS on only spanish channels and now they're all set on cartoons for the attendants kids and attendant just yells none stop at her brats.

They get you in by offering free dryers. What they don't tell you is that the wash cycle is almost double that of the nearest laundromat and you have to buy a card in order to put money on it.

Always Spanish on the TVs. Otherwise the location is in the bad park of the city but the place is clean and I use it cause it's the closest place I can walk to.

The place isn't very clean, and it's not as cheap as other places that are cleaner. The sign out front says free drying, but I found myself paying for the dryers. The attendant couldn't even be bothered to reimburse me the money left on my card when I told her I refused to patron the business again

Drying is free, as advertised! The washers are between $6-10 for different sized loads. There's chairs and folding stations. I will definitely be going here again.

They can't even understand you. They don't speak English..... it took them 8 hours to do $37 worth of laundry and they didn't even fully dry it... They couldn't even communicate with me about a time frame. The first time the woman just took my cash.. the second time they made me purchase this money card. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Uses some rediculous card based system instead of quarters. The card alone costs $2. And then you have to add money on top of that. Sure, the place is clean but the inconvenience of the card system makes ensures this is a 2 star laundromat.

First time here and they do things a little different than I'm used to. Instead of using quarters, they use this card system. The staff wasn't very helpful, so I had to figure it out on my own.

Great service! Place looked clean and maintained. Quite a lot of machines available. I used the laundry drop off service and the results were great. Nothing lost. Shirts with collars were on coat hangers. Prices are $.99 per pound. To wash a comforter is high, $18. Parking area is small but I found a spot twice. Play area for kids. Owner made sure kids did not get to loud. Right off of Union Street. You need to purchase and lode a card to use the drop off service. Card is $2.00. If I am ever in Manchester again and I need the service, I will go there. Update; March 2019: I went to drop off laundry for their wash and fold service and no one was at the counter. Machines are card only and prices were not listed. I had to be somewhere so I had to leave. Disappointed. Lose two

Free dryers!!!! The card took some getting use to at first..you pay $2 the first time and then your money goes on the card instead of using quarters for the machines. You can also drop-off your laundry if preferred.

We go there weekly spend $40 per week and every time we go we set the washers to hot which cost extra money yet the close is always ice cold when you take it out! Then the dryers 3 out of 5 times don’t dry and trying to get some help since we are not of any Spanish decent is non existent.

Machines do not take cash or credit cards, only a proprietary card which must be purchased for $2. Then money can only be added to the card in $5, 10, or 20 increments forcing more money to be added to the card than what is necessary to use the machines. The machines themselves are overpriced at $7.99 for what would be $3.50 or $4 at another laundromat.

I'm dropping off for a wash, dry, fold. Not as advertised on website at all. No toys in "kid zone" and the website makes it look a lot nicer than it is in RL. There's a big tree right in the middle of the parking lot entrance, so I missed it the first time& had to loop back around. Woman working seems nice enough & it's not very busy which is a plus for me. I'll probably be back, the laundry room at my condo is unreliable& a pain. Turns out you need to purchase one of their laundry cards even for the wash, dry, fold service. The lady never told me that otherwise I would have taken it elsewhere. Extremely disappointed& aggravated. At least she realized her error (same person that took my drop off was there when I picked up) and gave me the card at no charge (it appears to be $2).

Excellent wash and fold service. It is super affordable, the staff is friendly, my clothes are always soft, clean, perfectly folded and never damaged. They have great hours opening early in the morning and starting open late. My clothes are always done in no time, typically within a couple of hours. My only complaint is that I have often not received my requested call letting me know my laundry is ready, but they are do speedy that my wash was always ready after work. I recommend Granite State to all of my friends.

FOLLOW UP- Just dropped off $80 worth of clothes for the wash dry fold and they lost about 1/3 of my items. Said there was mix up with the tags. This happened before where they messed up the tickets of one of my drop offs. They need a better system of tracking orders for paying customer's. I dropped my items off and now I need to figure out what items are missing. I'm hoping the person who got my order is kind enough to bring it back. Completely disappointed and upset about this. G FOLLOW UP - I Just called today and was told the reason I'm 8lbs off is because my dirty clothes weigh more then clean clothes?? And the lady last week I spoke with who clearly said they've messed up 3 orders last week was lying... hmmm something doesn't add up here. Complete bullsh*t

I came here for years up until a lady began working there and bringing her son. I understand a single mother has to do what she has to do to work but when your kid is extremely misbehaved it makes a very unpleasant experience. I like to bring my kids when we drop off so we can go to the park and then come back and switch to the dryers but the last time I went my kids brought their tablets and a snack and her son kept coming up snatching the tablets out of their hands and taking snacks right out of their bag of food meanwhile his mother is texting at the counter oblivious to what he's doing and it's not like he's two or three he's at least eight. My kids specifically asked if we could not go there again because that boy is rude

Free drying, costs range from 6-10$ for washing. They offer a folding and drying service, as well as dry cleaning. There is plenty of seating, entertainment for children and a friendly dog that keeps the place smiling. Be forewarned, the machines that you use to load the washing machine pay cards are very loud.
