Super, nice and friendly girl who waited on me both when I dropped off and picked up. That is the only reason for one star. I left a $10 bill in the front pocket of a pair of paints to see if they would be honest since this was my first time there. They weren't. And I dropped off laundry to be washed and folded and they wouldn't hang anything up as I requested. Everything was wrinkled so badly that I'll have to iron for hours to wear any of the shirts or shorts and I hate to iron. And lastly, $7.25 to dry clean pants and $6.95 to iron my nice shirts. Totally ridiculous. Too hard for them to be honest and offer a decent price I guess. Won't be back of course!

Tide Cleaners did an excellent job dry cleaning my queen size white comforter. I purchased the comforter at Bed Bath & Beyond. Even though the instructions on the comforter said it was washable, a number of reviewers stated washing ruined it. I tried the dry cleaning option and the results were great. It was on the expensive side, but definitely worth it.

I was very excited to use Tide services. However I feel that pricing was not completely explained to me. I was initially told shirts were 2.75 each. Come to find out a scrub to is not a shirt there and was charged 6.50. When I called to inquire what the difference between a scrub top and my husband's work shirt i was told the difference was something about having to manually place an item somewhere and a machine placing the item. Seems a bit ridiculous that even with a call prior to inquire about pricing I still feel they were not honest in the end. I would never pay 6.50 for a scrub top. My local cleaners around the block charge less than 3.00 .My clothes are wrinkled my duvet cover wrinkled and possibly ruined by being stretched in a spot. I feel like I tried to resolve this issue over the phone and was blown off. They did offer to redo my wrinkled scrub top for free but I've already sent it to my regular person. I also felt it was very disrespectful to be told that the only other place in town that is more expensive is the Broadmoor. I wasn't looking for a deal, I was looking for a good, honest, high quality cleaner. I was expecting to pay more for delivery. However to be quoted 2.75 and charged 6.50 feels like I was taken advantage of. I would have given 1 star but I felt like our delivery driver was honest and very respectful.

It is incredibly helpful that there is a drive through window to pick up clothes and the staff is very timely with bringing out the items to your car once you pull up. The prices are super reasonable and make it an affordable cleaners to use often :)

I will not be back. First I put a favorite designer dress into cleaners, not because it was spotted or dirty in particular, but I had worn it a few times and wanted it fresh for a business trip. They have no quality control, I don't believe they look at the garments before giving them back to you. I get it home, and there are plate sized spots all over it, front, back, arms! I drive back and the (I believe owner) manager gives me a very skeptical eye, says they must have been there already because nothing they do could cause this. But because he's a great guy, he'll try to get those spots out. Dress comes back without spots, but the fabric no longer feels the same nor draped the same. Different time (glutton for punishment?), pick up but given a return bag for another customer. Had to drop that back off and get another one. I have a favorite blouse by an Italian designer, haven't fit in it for years, but can now, so I take it there to be cleaned because I see a tiny pinhead sized spot on the front. It has open selvage edges, it is not a defect, it is the design. Where apparently they worked to remove the spot, that entire side was completed frayed, whereby it was given back to me as if it was good as new. I pull it out, and discover the damage. The owner would like to say it is a manufacturer defect. Really? NO. Also was cleaned many times by a prior dry cleaner and never incurred any damage. I'm done. You have clothes that are expensive that you care about, avoid this dry cleaners.

Sometimes I drop stuff off at 1am and it is still ready before 5pm that same day! I sent a jacket out for a hole repair, took 2 weeks. It looked nice but the stitching was weak and the hole opened again. I didn't want to send it out for 2 more weeks so I found a seamstress that fixed it for less than a third of what I was charged at Tide and it was a same day service. The stitching stayed too. But for cleaning purposes Tide CLEANERS, the best!

I love this place. They are quick! Needed my fathers tux cleaned and was told a day or two. Tide got it done in a couple hours. They are also very helpful in my arts handcraft department! I needed to make fairy wings and needed metal hangers. You have no idea how hard it is to find them nowadays! Called Tide, and she was very generous! Gave me a bunch of hangers to start my project! Tide cleaners is by far my favorite and the only place you should go!! Also smells so good in there!!!

I have gone to this location both for work & personal use & absolutely love coming here. The staff is so friendly & my items are always taken care of. I use them for dry cleaning for work & admittedly they are a bit pricey, but they are consistent with their turn over of my clothes & I was able to plan around that. I used them personally for washing my comforter. Again, a bit pricey but the convenience of it made it worth it!

A restaurant dropped a glass of red wine on our table and my wife and I were soaked in red wine. We took our clothes to Tide the next morning and showed them the problem and the next day at 5:00 pm both our clothes were returned and all the red wine marks were gone. The one on Sahara is hit or miss on pressing. Sometimes it great and other times it’s a redo. They always make good on it and the service is speedy. Love the drive up service. The employees at the Eastern location are far more friendly and personable. They seem happier there.

I go here to get my uniforms pressed and every single time I tell them what I want done, it's incorrect. I've given them many opportunities and each time I tell them I need my shirt sleeves creased better and they say they will leave a note but it never happens. They also dry cleaned them when I said I wanted them laundered.

I’ve been a customer since they opened this location on Sahara and Hualapai in front of Sprouts. They remain my primary for service due to location, but I’ve had a number of incidents of damaged articles returned to me. Torn shirts, destroyed articles, damaged buttons, etc. The staff is great, the service is good when nothing is ruined, but the frequency of incidents have been steadily increasing and it’s enough for me to begin evaluating a new service provider.

They are pretty good. The girls working here are always friendly. Your clothes are finished quickly. My only complaints are that the prices are significantly higher than average, but if you sign up for their email list you will get discounts that help offset this. The other issue is that several times I've received my clothes with buttons that had been loosened and fell off shortly afterward. Also, I took some blazers in a while back to have them replace missing buttons, and they used mismatched colors that stood out, even when the originals were common and ordinary. LOL! Overall they are okay for common mid-range work clothes and police uniforms but I'd never trust them with an expensive Italian suit.

The staff is exceptionally courteous and friendly. The twice weekly pick-up and delivery service is such a huge bonus. I love that their dry cleaning is Eco friendly and if requested they will dryclean clothes unscented. I've sent large quilts and linens to them to launder as well. My only suggestion is that they consider using reusable fiber bags for recurring customers to cut down on plastic.

Tide has been the best cleaners I have used over the past 10 years. I do think the staff needs some additional additional training. When it comes to the customers clothing the small or detailed issues are important. EXAMPLE: I DROPPED OFF SEVERAL SILK TIES THAT NEEDED PRESSED I ASKED FOR A SOFT PRESS AND EXPLAINED THAT THE EDGES OF TIE SHOULD MAINTAIN A SLIGHT ROLL AND NOT PRESSED COMPLETELY FLAT. THE PERSON SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD AND WOULD MAKE SURE THE TIES WOULD NOT BE OVER PRESSED. UNFORTUNATELY THE TIES CAME BACK FLAT AS A PANCAKE. THE AVERAGE PRICE I PAY FOR A TIE IS BETWEEN $225.00 TO $260.00. I WOULD HAVE BEEN WILLING TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR THIS SERVICE TO ENSURE IT WAS DONE CORRECTLY. THANK YOU

Damaged clothes. First time every using this cleaners (and last). Brought in 5 blouses for wash and fold. 2 of them have multiple pulled and stretched places. From the feedback. I could care less if they were wrinkled, spotted or with no touch ups. They were damaged. They have pulled strings that leave marks in the clothes. They have 2 places that are stretched so thin, you can see thru the material. So dry cleaning these no as you state does no good. Regardless of what it is, when you bring in to be cleaned (what ever the process), the result should not be damaged.

Before dropping garments I called asked if they would dry clean suede garmets. Was told that they accept suede. Drove 15 minutes out of my way just to take my clothes there to come and find out that you do not except suede items. Left a few other items when I went to pick them up they were too busy chatting versus taking care of the customers waited for like 10 minutes to get my garments back. I would say all around the customer service was very poor.

Very convenient drive up service. Also appreciate how prompt they are - always done within 24 hours (even big orders). They even have same-day service available if you drop off early enough. Probably most importantly, we’ve never had any issues with our clothes (as we have with many other cleaners over time - spotting, buttons ruined, etc.). Everything comes out clean, pressed, and smelling great. Only complaint is that they are somewhat pricier than other cleaners we’ve been to, but not unreasonable. Again, we’ve never had any issues with our clothes and the service is fast and convenient, so I suppose you get what you pay for. We've been going to the Summerlin/Sahara location for about a year.

I have had more problems with this store than positive interactions. They consistently charge different pricing for my uniform shirts. One visit it is $2.75 and another visit it will be around $7. I have spoken to the manager so many times about these issues. She will credit my account and then next order they will charge my card and not use the credit. I've dropped off a shirt with a note pinned to the front where a button was falling off asking them to fix it. I got the shirt back with a button pinned on and a note that said to fix... how am I supposed to wear a uniform shirt with a pinned on button? I've had shirts come back that smell bad and I had to wash them in my washer. I can't wait for them to get it back to me or have the time to drive to the other side of town to pick it up. I've really tried to work with them but at some point the business needs to act like a business. I've been asked over and over by the manager to give another chance. I've given them plenty of chances to get their act together and now I'm done. I gave 2 stars because the new driver is very friendly and the manager offers the right type of customer service. It's not right for me to have the expectation that my order will be screwed up and that I have to take all the steps to correct it.

They did lose 2 of items and didn't tell me, I had to figure it out and call them. Then, after waiting in line to pick up my dry cleaning, I finally pull up and the girl says sorry, we're now closed. Love the 24hr pickup and drop off. And the staff is friendly and quick (when I can make it during business hours). Also, I should note that a few times I dropped shirts off with missing buttons, and was pleasantly surprised to see they sewed a button on (for free, and without me asking). A+ all around.

This place does an excellent job with laundry. My husband forgets and puts his Nike golf shorts in the laundry bag occasionally, (Tag clearly states Do Not Dry clean). Tide Cleaners cleaned the shorts, but did not ruin them. Apparently, they take the extra time to read labels, not sure, but was happy that these shorts did not get ruined. Another drycleaner absolutely ruined a pair, granted, it was my fault for sending them to the dry cleaners. But, just goes to show, that Tide Cleaners cares and goes the extra mile for their customers.

I love that I don’t have to drag my kids out of the car just to drop off/pick up dry cleaning. Just pull up and they meet you at your car window. They are fast, my only complaint is they seem pricey for some items sometimes compared to others I’ve used. Sometimes convince trumps price though.

I Took my suit in on last Saturday morning. I picked it up after 5 on Monday. My wife tried to pick up the suit earlier (around 2 pm), they had us come back at 5? We come back at 5 and I'm informed that my suit STILL is not ready? They found a "stain" or something on the jacket? Cool, we take the suit anyway. Get to Georgia for my daughters graduation and my suit looks EXACTLY like it did the day I dropped it off!? Not cleaned, not pressed and I've paid these ppl $14. II'm completely embarrassed, my time has been wasted and they STILL took my money. Called the manager, she says they'll clean it for freea when we return? Why, when I paid you to clean it and I still dont have a suit to wear. Stay away from this place. I think they just charged me $14 for 2 wire hangers.

I have been using the Tide Cleaners on West Sahara since they opened and each time it has been wonderful. The staff is great, they come right to your car and not one single time has there been an error. What’s even nicer is, they have a “drop off anytime” service, now you can’t do a comforter thru it, at least I don’t think so and with that service, you can pick it u at anytime of the day, or night.
