He is very personable and professional. I wouldn’t say he is the cheapest, but he isn’t the most expensive either. He and his guys know what they are doing and it’s worth every bit of the price.

I am very happy with Sierra steam carpet service. They were very thorough in their job. Our dog urinated in the middle of our living room and after washing the carpet myself with a home cleaner, the urine smell was still there. We called SSC and they came to do our whole house. After they were gone, my wife said she could still smell the urine. Although the smell was way less, it was still there. SSC came back that same day to treat the area once again and that finally fixed it. They did that with no extra charge and we were very thankful. Thank you SSC.

This company is the best and most thorough carpet cleaners I have ever used. I had a stain that's been on my carpet for over 20 years - the result of my little boy spilling his "potion" of orange food coloring, spices, and Lord only knows what else, on the carpet. Over the years I have tried every miracle stain remover I could find, and every carpet cleaner I have ever hired has worked to get it out, with no luck. Sierra Steam asked me a few questions and went to work and five minutes later that stain was gone. I can't tell you how impressed I am! They also gave me a discount for cleaning "the dog chair" because I didn't tell them ahead of time it was the dog chair and he was worried that they didn't get all the hair off because they didn't personally vacuum it first. They also do everything else expected: show up on time, friendly and polite, not telling me to get new carpet (Yeah. I know.) and spent a lot of time covering every inch of the carpet. I called Sierra Steam because the carpet cleaners whose names I recognized didn't answer their phones for some reason and Sierra Steam was local and just next on the Google list. I'll never use anyone else.

I was referred to Sierra Steam through M. Scott Properties. I was moving out of a rental into my own place and I needed to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Jeff was able to get out stubborn stains and the carpet looked great. I was so impressed with the cleaning job that when I had an emergency, he was the first one I thought of. I had a pipe break and the carpet in my living room was soaked. I called Jeff and within a half an hour, he was at my house extracting the water, removing the wet pad and applying fans to dry out the carpet. He was also able to refer me to carpet installer who was at my house the same day to schedule installation of the new pad. Sierra Steam offers fast, friendly and affordable service. I highly recommend them!

I moved out of a home my family had leased for the past 5 years and had Sierra Steam Carpet Care clean the carpets in the entire home. 5 years of foot traffic leaves a lot to be cleaned, Sierra Steam came highly recommended and for good reason, I set the appointment with Jeff whom I believe is the owner. At 9 am on the day I was moving 500 miles away they were on time, fast, efficient, clean, friendly and talented at what they do!! But that is only the normal boring review right, here is the very important part as to why you should always use this company, there was a misunderstanding with the property management company from whom I rented this home and because of this they withheld a substantial amount of my deposit for carpet cleaning not realizing I had already paid. When I called Jeff this morning and explained what took place he did not hesitate to put a check in the mail today to close the issue for me. He is an honest man with integrity, a fine company and outstanding standards, follow up and by the way he had the most affordable deals in the Carson Valley by far, you need not look further for carpet care!!! I spilled RED Hawaiian punch 16oz ( I known as bad as a kid) and thought my carpet was destroyed. I called Sierra Carpet Care and to my surprise they got it all out. I have delt with a lot of carpet cleaning companies and this one by far was the best!! Jeff explained everything he was using to clean and how he was going to clean it. My carpets are pretty far gone being in a Tahoe rental and he made them so nice and clean!! His partner Gabe was also a very nice guy! They even gave my a discount on the Upholstery that he did for my chair and couch since there were a couple spots still there. They even came all the way out to Myers for me! I will definitely be giving them a call again!!!

As a woman who is 7 months pregnant and nesting, I know I can be a handful! I called Jeff at Sierra Steam carpet care to see if I could get 5 large stains out of carpet in what once was our pool table room. From beer to pet stains it was bad! I thought for sure I would have to get it replaced. Boy was I wrong! Jeff and Gabe removed the stains in no time and did an amazing job! I will feel comfortable letting the little one crawl around when that day comes now.
