When I moved to Vegas 12 months ago, I went online and searched for nearby dry cleaning....dry cleaning is a sensitive service for me, I’ve had very good and very poor experiences. I saw that Sal’s had good reviews...it lives up to all the expectations. I have brought in every type of fabric possible, some extremely expensive to the point it made me nervous, but every time I’ve gotten my clothes back, they’ve been fully restored and no worse for wear, with no poor scents. I’ve definitely developed a trust with Sal, who has that boss mentality of making sure everything is perfect and not letting anyone touch her work. Don’t go anywhere else

Very excited to have found Sal's. Sonyka is very professional and knowledgeable and I feel confident in her work. I've had a few bad experiences at other alteration places around town so I can't say enough at how relieved and grateful I am to have found her. I had one of my favorite dresses "altered" to fit better and was pretty much made unwearable after it was supposedly fixed. Sonyka was able to make my dress wearable again! I plan on taking all of my alteration needs to her from now on without question. Thank you for being so amazing :)

A great shopper is to shop around. The price, services especially about quality. When I lived in Henderson, NV area in 2005 to 2011, I found Sal’s Taylor's and Dry Cleanse near to my house. They had the best prices for dry cleaning & laundry. If you want to do Taylor they do very excellence quality. You can’t find a mistake on your clothes. I've been taking my clothes there for 6 years and I am constantly pleased with the good service, low prices and excellence quality. Right I move to Santa Ana, CA but I still sent my nice clothes to do Taylor over there because I can’t find one like them. It a little price to send to them but I believe they do it right. I will never do anywhere else because they always get my order right and take care of my clothes!

The service I experienced here was absolutely terrible -- I walked in to hear the employee talking on her cellphone in the back. After waiting five minutes I rang the bell, and the employee came out still on the phone as I had to mouth "I just need to pick up my suits." After getting handed my first suit, I see the second suit throw in a hamper behind the counter. The employee said they messed up (additional stain marks now on it) and that they have to send it back. She said it won''t be ready until Friday (I needed my suits Tuesday) and that I have to come before 3p because she is closing the shop early. Although annoyed I said fine, and proceeded to pay for the suits -- when I asked for a receipt she looked as if I were crazy. I wanted to have physical proof that showed she kept my second suit and that I had not picked it up, and she refused to let me take the ticket that detailed that information. At the same time she still has the phone in her hand -- she rudely tells me no, I don't need a receipt in an extremely unprofessional manner, so much so that after initially walking out of the store I turned around and asked for a refund for the one suit that I paid for that had not been clean and actually that they screwed up, and told her I want it back now and I will no longer be doing business at this store based on how she treated me as a customer. At this point she tells me "I've never had to deal with a customer like you." I was refunded 9 dollars on a total charge of $21.50 for two suits. The second suit they screwed up, and added additional stains that I will now have to pay for to clean. I never write reviews, but I cannot stress the level of unprofessionalism at this business.

Salvi's Alterations reminds me of the small businesses back in the mid-west town I grew up in. Where you deal directly with the owner, quality is foremost and the customer is important. The owner "Sonyka", is a hard working immigrant who is unquestionably an expert tailor. If you are looking for quality, honesty and commitment, you'll find it there. I know that she gives a 15% discount on dry cleaning if you are referred by another customer. Just tell her "George" sent you :)

I went into this shop with a tulle bridesmaid skirt which is very trendy right now. The woman LAUGHED in my face when I asked for it to be hemmed because it is too long. She said there were too many layers and that she refused to do it for even $100. Please keep in mind the wedding is over a month away so she has plenty of time. I am baffled by how rude and inappropriate this interaction was. Would 100% not recommend going here for alterations. I found another local shop that is kindly doing it for $55.

I just move to Las Vegas I have try several dry cleanings around Green Valley Henderson I really like this place very friendly lady she take a good care of my boyfriend's suite jacket that very expensive suite it have stains on and many places can't get it out they told me that stain is something look like glue and Sal's she can clean it look like brand new price very reasonable so very happy oh yes her Alteration she have done very professional too I am so glad that I found this place the shop is a little tuck in side but easy to find just right behind Shell Gas station plaza Wigwam & Pecos I will recommend to get a try and will surprise with the quality it look so clean for all of my items Thanks Lyly

for the life of me I cannot understand how this place is rated to highly on yelp. My experience was pretty much the exact opposite of what everyone else has experienced. The person barely spoke to me. I felt awkward being there, like I was an imposition to her television shows that were on her ipad on both visits. I rated it two stars because the alteration she did on my suit was actually done pretty well. But ZERO and I mean ZERO customer service skills. I waited a whole week to go back and barely be spoken to, not thanked and for more rude service, which is a shame because I really wanted it to be good after reading the reviews. I give two stars... and I dont know that I should... but its not a 1 star... maybe 1.5
