At first I thought it was a good place to do laundry. I did everything correct. The next day, I put on my clothes and I develop rashes everywhere. Never have I gotten rashes from doing laundry. And I've used the same detergent. The clothes I put on gave me skin bumps and red rash marks. Had to get my gf to buy me new clothes at a local walmart.

Worst most run down machines in town. They're always broken or taking your money, which is nearly impossible to get back. On some of the machines the out of order signs get taken off so you waste money to find out they don't work. There's always water all over the floor and the place stinks like ass. The dryers got my white t shirts dirty and had cigarette butts in the dryer. I found a bag of meth on the floor once when I was in there. One of the last times I went there was about 50 dirty syringes in the trash can some tweeker or junkie discarded of.

I've never seen so many washing machines that are out of order. One worked for the guy before me and when I used the $2 machine it didn't work. I tried a second time and it still didn't work. $4 wasted. I had a ton of ski/snowboard performance apparel and spent over $30 mostly washing because it dry quick. After pre-treating basic dirt stains from snowboarding through trees on snowboard pants and jackets I washed them in the 50-pound washer and was shocked to find that they were as dirty after the washas when I put them in. I assume that lint traps on the dryers haven't been cleaned in quite a while because all my laundry had lint little hairs still on them that were easily removed by either shaking each piece of laundry vigorously or by hand. Tomorrow I will have to go to another laundromat and put all of my laundry in the dryer to remove the lint and I will have to pretreat and rewash the items that they're machines didn't clean.

Sooner or later you'll get used to the bootyish smell, sort of... Its the only player in town open 24hrs(ONLY reason for the 2nd star) so you have no choice.

This is the first time I have ever given an establishment one star on google ratings. And Rock n' B barely deserves that. It is $2.00 for a small load and .25 for 10 minutes in the dryer. Yes, the cost is low, the problem is you end of wasting money on machines that aren't working. I went 2 times, and wasted money each time. Some Dryers run cold. And the large washer I used didn't go through a spin cycle, so my clothes came out dripping wet, which in turn took almost 2 hrs. to dry. Ghetto customers, I got hit on and felt really uncomfortable with my kids. The owner was yelling at his employee (poor kid..) Washers leak, so the floor is usually wet. Here's the deal, NOBODY likes the laundry mat, if you want to make it the best experience possible, go to SUDS AND DUDS. Worth a few extra dollars... Save your sanity.

I'm highly dissatisfied with the way things are ran here. I have been here twice in the last year and each time I went I lost money in one of their broken machines and I had left my phone number and I even tried calling, both times to no avail. In the midst of the irritating environment I forgot about my extra large triple load of laundry and tried calling but, yet again, NO ANSWER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE, BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU

No good no good washers broken without any posts of being broken so you load up machine with your cloths, soap & $ and it doesn't work no one on site to reimburse either what a racket. I suggest duds and suds for your laundry needs

Disgustingly GROSS. There has to be a better laundromat in this town. At least a third of the machines were out of order, garbage all over the floor, smelled awful (like farts) no one wiping anything down. The garbages were over flowing and some cranky punk came in to finally empty them but he was rude to everyone in the place. This is a total dive, look elsewhere for a decent place (worth a bit of a drive to avoid this dump)

They treated a friend of mine horrible and after they continue to be unfair in treatment we left I came back to wet clothes they then treated me like it was my fault that there dryer wasn't working correctly. One frincking quarter please after spending 20 buck why would I lie over a quarter

If this wasn't the only 24hr. Laundromat close to me I would not even think of bringing my business here. It's filthy, homeless people sleeping on the floor and digging in the garbage, bathroom is always locked at night, some of the other patrons even help themselves to going through your laundry if you are not next to your loads the entire time.

No stars if I could. Machines are constantly breaking down/ taking your money and they'll never give you a refund. I've heard from many others about the same issue. The last time I was told by the attendant to fill out a refund request and I would be contacted by management which never happened. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. They lost my $10 a week over a $4.50 load of laundry as I will never return.

My family and I had the worst experience at this laundry mat. It was gross and most the machines needed to be "banged" on in order to work. The owners of this laundry mat should be ashamed. The floors were disgusting, trashes overfilled, machines were disgusting and in front of one of the big machines was a pond (not kidding) you were seriously in gross still water. The machine where the water came from was supposedly "working". I put my laundry into that machine and it didn't work it never spins out the water so I had to pay again for another washer to spin the clothes out. We in total for 4 loads of laundry spent 3 hours there because we had to keep moving our things to washers or dryers that worked. Yes it is the only 24 hour place in Reno but if you can help it I would suggest going somewhere else. Ps. Washers are over priced for the job they do.

Traditional coin operated laundromat. Some of the machines weren’t working and there wasn’t an employee around to troubleshoot. For that reason, I’m forced to leave 2 stars. Consider staffing someone to service the machine so your customers leave happy.

This place is horrible! I've been coming here for a while and it's been great, so I don't know what happened. Most of the machines are out of order and the ones that do work are falling apart. They are leaking onto the floor and stealing customers quarters. The ''staff' doesn't seem to care either. Actually they are non-existent. I tried to call the number on the wall provided and it doesn't work. I tried to look for the refund form, and it also doesnt exist. I even called the Google number and not only did they not help, but they hung up on me. Bad customer service, if you can even call it that, and a bad place all together. Please save yourself the time and don't come here.

Personally I had a very good experience here. It is all self-service and there are washing machines ranging from $2 to $6.50. Everything is pretty self-explanatory and went as expected. I put in 2 loads then went to eat lunch. Used the dryer for 25 cents per 10 minutes. Grateful for the ease of service.

I give them no stars!! Don't come here!! They rip you off!! All the machine's take your money. When you put quarters in for the washer and dryers, the machines don't decrease in balance so you end up putting more quarters in and they get more money.

Clean, Not Fancy!! Washers and Dryers available and plenty of space. Change Machines, sodas and few snacks, and vending machines stocked in case you didn't bring your own laundry cleaning products!! If you should have any problems, an attendant usually comes in twice daily. I've seen him every afternoon I have been there!! Very helpful.

It's been clean here at Rock & B Laundromat for about 9 months straight. In the past it was not good but now they hired a person to work at night. He does a great job!!! The tattooed predator looking male that works here has very creepy and aggressive staring issues. I almost called the police on him because he was following my spouse and I around and staring at us the entire time we did laundry. The guy they have working there may just be a serial killer, but he is definitely a bully. I have to go back there in a few minutes to get my clothes into the dryer, but I will never be back there after tonight. I hope he stays away from me, he seems to have a very violent disposition toward anyone who he feels he can't overpower.

1st time coming here I will be coming back. Attendant was very pleasant, not a bunch of people just hanging out just us few doing laundry. While here attendant kept busy with cleaning which is always great especially in a public place as such. Had minor machine issues but he very kindly handed back the 5$ I would have been out. Very cool! Overall I couldn't be more pleased. Ok maybe if it was free or they magically came out washed, dried & folded. Thanks Rock 'n' B!

First time I went no issues but friends machine Took at least 30 minutes longer and his clothes smelled funny, second time I went machine ate $4.00 worth of quarters and no one on duty left me pretty frustrated. Refund requests take up to 30 days which I don’t have being on a business trip. Doesn’t help that many machines are constantly blinking or look like they’re about to break

If it wasn't the only 24 hour laundromat in the Reno/Sparks area this place wouldn't really even survive. Where exactly should I start here Oh I know there is no posted phone number anywhere in the building or outside to call maintenance if something like oh say a huge water spill happens, the Customers have to clean that up. That's a huge liability and I don't care how many angles you have but when you slip and fall you slip and fall and call a lawyer. 2nd half of the washing machines in there dont work and spit out or eat your coins again no posted number to call. Those machines that do work are out dated by at least 20 years. My God even naval vessels have newer washers and dryers than this place. Oh and let's not forget the lack of onsite personnel, yeah I could deal with that if there was at least a phone number to call. It's the last one that really gets me though. This place is 24 hrs but the bathroom isn't. You have to go running across to the AM/PM that's caticorner to the laundramat and pray the clerk there let's you go to the restroom while of course someone at the laundromat is now either pulling your laundry from the machine to put in their own or just out right stealing it. If another laundramat becomes 24 hours the Rock n B is toast, or I should say at least I and anyone who I can tell wont go here anymore.
