These guys have NAILED IT and revolutionized the dry cleaning and laundry service. No more dropping off and picking up (or forgetting to pick up) my dry cleaning any more. Service was great! I called them Monday afternoon, left a whole bag of clothes at my hotel bell desk with a tag Tuesday morning and had clean clothes back by Wednesday afternoon. $25 for a full bag of laundry so much less expensive than the prices hotels charge.

Visiting Las Vegas for a Trade Show, today is Sunday, Feb 25, 2018. We needed some Corporate Table covers dry cleaned and pressed. We found One Click Cleaners located about 3 Miles from the Convention Center. They are the only cleaners open Sunday in Las Vegas. We went over, very nice people, friendly and hard working. I gave them some Tshirt and shirts which have some oil stain and the collar need to be washed well, ofcourse , they came back not clean and stain still on , plus the folding for the Tshirt was so bad , on top of that they charge extra money for express services and we hand it over like 10 am and they deliver back like 8 pm , am really disappointed, there was a lot of other cleaner closer to were we staying but we choose this based on people rating on Google .

Amazing service! Got our laundry picked up from our hotel bell desk and had it delivered same day for a rush fee - the whole process was hassle free and easy! We used the wash and fold service and our clothes smelt amazing when we got them back! Highly recommended for travellers!

We simply put together the garments in the free bags that they provide, they pick it up and then they deliver it back. There is literally no hassle involved! It's fabulous, great service, very reasonable and they really make sure all the clothes are clean, pressed and looking great. If there is ever an issue with a garment (such as a bad stain), they take care of it immediately and inform us if they need more time to ensure it is taken care of properly. We have every confidence that we can expand our lines of designer wear as OneClick has been able to clean even the most exotic items. Also, Oneclick Cleaners has made running our business so much easier, as we don't have time to take the clothes to the cleaners and then have to find time to pick them up, they even pickup my personal items at my office for convenience! They allow us to set up a recurring schedule with them so we know exactly what day they pickup and drop-off which makes it so much easier with our scheduing! We appreciate OneClick and won't use anyone else - they are very convenient and affordable. Their work is of the highest quality we've seen compared to any other drycleaners that we have tried before too. I would recommend them to everyone, as this cleaner has the best service that a company can ask for. They almost always deliver the cleaning when they say, and if not they would call directly and let us know, for example if a garment needed extra attention or was taking a long time to clean. They have also worked on what we honestly thought would be impossible to clean. But to our surprise came back looking new again. They do a great job and work with your schedule. Look the friendliness of these guys is great, Matthew the driver has the utmost respecta and made sure that everything was smooth. It was really simple I just filled a form online and they now pick up my laundry I do not have to go to the dry cleaners anymore, and I actually pay less to get my clothes picked up and delivered. This is a fantastic service. No more forgetting to drop things off at the dry cleaners or putting stuff in and then forgetting to get it out only to have a huge bill when you pick everything up. I had a wedding to attend in Las Vegas which started 2 hours after my flight was scheduled to land. I didnt want to attend with a wrinkled suit, and didnt even have enough time to steam or press my suit after arrival so I chose to ship it to OneClick. Madison and OneClick Cleaners were so helpful in receiving, pressing, and cleaning my suit/dress shirt. They kept me updated on the suits arrival, and dropped it off at the casino before I had arrived while notifying me of its delivery. I really cant thank Madison and OneClick enough. They kept me looking sharp on a very tight schedule. Most definitely recommended.

Travellers beware! I had a pickup from my hotel on the strip for wash and fold service. Unresponsive - Tried every number and email to contact them and confirm particulars of order and when it would be returned. Finally heard back from them to confirm they would deliver by 2pm the following day. Left my clothes at the bell desk as directed however clothes still werent picked up the following day. Were never returned back by 2pm. Called multiple numbers and emails with no avail. Finally get a response the following day when i was flying out. Was travelling for weeks and nearly had to leave my clothes behind or miss my flight. They ended up comping my order but clothes came back messily folded and inside out. Very disappointing and unnecessarily stressful experience.

For a place that calls themselves One Click Cleaners, they sure require a lot more steps. I filled out their form online and said which hotel we were staying at and what day. I thought it'd be quite simple and based on the excellent reviews, I expected excellent service. Unfortunately, I would say this was the biggest pain on our trip. They kept trying to call and email me to confirm (which is fair enough) so I sent an email saying the same thing that was on the form. I used my work email and because I was on vacation, I left an auto reply on with the name of a coworker for urgent issues. I explained my cell didn't have coverage so I had to plan everything by email. I kept getting emails to confirm and they actually emailed my coworker a few times too!! Like, how many confirmations do you need??? Isn't your name One Click Cleaners???? They even sent me and my coworker an email telling us to get the Whatsapp app. I emailed and asked them not to email my coworker again and instead of apologizing, I got attitude that they had to and that it was because of me and the "lack of phone calls". So once everything was sorted, they delivered the laundry and it came out to 47 USD... which is ridiculous, in my opinion. Also the quote that gave us made it sound like if you dropped your clothes off in the morning, you get it back the same day... and that this wasn't extra. Which it was, an extra 13 USD. The absolute worst part was how horribly they did our laundry. They clearly don't separate darks from whites bcs my black pants had so many white dizzied on it. And the smell!!!!! Our clothes reeked like VOMIT!!! It was so bad that someone actually commented on it to us. So I do not recommend this place. They are extremely unprofessional and they don't even do a good job. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I had 70+lbs of laundry. I was never quoted a price until it was done for pickup. I didn't get a bulk discount. Communication of process sucked. The clothes were not clean, my white are ruined! They are a gray horrible color and now it wont come out. My laundry was messy, it wasn't sorted it was just randomly thrown in bags. Way way over price for what you get. I was told 2 different times for pick up. had to follow up in order to even know when I would get my laundry back. $200+ later i got my laundry back. will never again use this service. Its a joke

What can I say, these guys made it super easy with my dry cleaning, I hate going to the dry cleaners so my nice garments and stuff just pile-up, I met the owner of this company in a networking event and what he had to say captivated me, dry cleaning easy and through the internet, I was hooked so I signed up, its a little difficult but after that it is easy one click in the portal and I will get my dry cleaning picked up when I leave it at the door, its not your super cheap dry cleaner but on the long run I think you save money in gas and hasstle...

Easy process: drop laundry at hotel bell desk and pick up 24 hrs later from the same place. Easy to communicate via Whatsapp (I don't have a US cell) and pay by PayPal. Got 11lbs (2 full hotel laundry bags) of laundry done for $33 which was very reasonable and a fraction of the price of using the hotel service for so many items!

My clothes were a week late and one item returned shrunk when I asked to speak the manager to voice my concerns... All I got was excuses and finger pointing through texts about a personal case online 7 years ago that head 0 to do with my customer services complaints & OneClick Cleaners. With stronger communication and service I can see how this service would be useful. With so many other options I will not be back to OneClick cleaners and I hope you proceed with caution. I have contacted the BBB about my experience.

First learned of this service during my stay in Vegas when looking up alternatives to in-house hotel cleaning. My on-the-strip hotel would have charged me ~$55 to clean my 6 everyday items. No thanks. I found this business through Google Maps, saw the reviews, read their page, and thought I'd give it a try. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. I submitted an online order request, and was texted within minutes with instructions for their pickup team and pricing. They do have a $25 minimum order for free pickup where my order could have been $15, but that didn't bother me considering the alternative. I simply put my 6 items in a bag with name, number, and hotel room number and took it to the concierge desk. I was also notified the items would be ready by the same time the next day. Today, I was notified the items were ready and were given payment options including Paypal and Venmo. My items were delivered shortly thereafter and are in great shape. I thank the team at One Click Cleaners for taking care of me, the guy who didn't pack enough clothes for this multi-destination trip, in such great fashion. *Thumbs Up*

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Terrible service, They never answer their phone and delayed returning my items after they promised I would receive them back the next day. I would never use them again. when my clothes were finally returned they were over a day LATE, some still WET they even folded the wet clothes. PLUS some were still DIRTY! this is why you should not use this company.....after my clothes were picked up from the hotel, I was asked via SMS to text my credit card details too for payment. which I did. I was promised my clothes would be returned by the end of the day. after returning back to my hotel, my clothes had not been returned. we called multiple times requesting to be called as soon as possible but not one call was returned. we had not heard back and decided to re-book our flight as we had not received our clothes back. I called at 8am the next day asking as to why we had not had our items return. they claimed we had not made payment but we had, I told the girl on the phone I sent a message yesterday. I then said look, we just need out clothes back. I gave her my details over the phone again to rush our order. we were told we would receive our items back within the next 10 minutes. after an hour I called again. the driver had been delayed and would return out items in less then 10minutes. It got to 11:30am still no clothes. We called again...promised they would be at the hotel in five minutes. they were but still DAMP and warm like they had just been taken out of a dryer! We called again asking to called back by a manager regarding my dissatisfaction with their overall service and they sent me a text instead of calling..still waiting for a call...

Super top-notch laundry service in Las Vegas We traveled from Switzerland to Las Vegas on a Sunday, went shopping, and wanted our new clothes to be cleaned immediately so we could wear them on our California trip starting the following Tuesday. So I called them on Monday at 08:00 a.m., got Matthew on the phone who was super friendly. He said his driver would pick up everything in our Hotel around 09:00 and delivery would be in the evening. And so it happened :-) We've chosen to have everything washed and folded, plus to have some shirts ironed (option was dry cleaning). There is a same day delivery option which we used of course because we really had to leave the next day. Communication with Matthew and Madison, the driver, was perfect at all time during the process (text messages and phone call). Some might say this service is not cheap. This is true. I do not quote prices here as the prices are clearly quoted on the website. If you want the cheap-charlie way, you should go to a coin laundry and spend hours of your valued holiday time. But for us it was simply worth every cent, saved us a lot of time, perfect service and best value for money I can imagine. Anyone without cell phone (or -coverage) I would recommend a pay-as-you-go number from AT&T or any provider, or using a simple landline (available in your hotel). Altough I can not imagine that any provider does not have coverage in Las Vegas. After all, you're not yet in the death valley ;-) Anyone not having a private e-mail address, here's an insider tip: Google and others offer e-mail addresses FOR FREE! Not kidding! Thanks Matthew and Madison, you've made the start to our California trip a perfect one, I would give 6 stars if I could!

Not good. Promise return next day but do not deliver. We almost didn’t receive our laundry back before we were leaving as a result. Also impossible to contact on either of the numbers provided or WhatsApp (as they suggest). Laundry was done to a decent standard when finally received.
