have come here before remodeling....here today, Jan 2017, OMG! brand new washers, dryers, bathtoom, vending machines! washers begin at $4 for up to 40 lbs, go up to $7 for more, then even bigger machines, the machines tell you how much time left, average waiting time as most washers and dryers. Very clean, friendly service!!

Fluff and Fold Services... I called a couple laundromat locations in Henderson to shop prices before hand. When I called Oasis, Sally answered right away with a warm and professional greet. That was refreshing in comparison to other locations I called, which either had no answer and option to leave a message, or someone on the other end who sounded like they hated their job and was anyone’d with having to answer the phone. Anyway, Sally was very helpful, answered all my questions beyond expectations. After “price shopping” I initially stopped at another location which offered lower prices than Oasis (in reference to fluff & fold services). I didn’t make it fully inside the other facility before turning around and getting back in my car, and heading to Oasis. Upon arriving at Oasis I found parking convenient and easy. This was important to me as I had A LOT to carry in. The automatic front entry doors were a nice treat considering I didn’t have a free hand. “Wow! Look how clean, and new, and it doesn’t smell in here!” I thought to myself. Lugging all my wash over to the Desk, I was politely greeted by Sally who proceeded to assist with weighing in the wash and ringing me up. She then informed me that it would be ready the next day by late afternoon. 65Lbs of wash and 2 comforters - ready for pick-up in about 24 hours! (Other guys were between 24-48 hours). Oasis has the 3 big brand options of detergent and softener to choose from. Haven’t picked up yet, but for me the extra little cost and 10 more miles of driving in comparison to the other locations was absolutely worth being able to find a parking spot, not struggle to get in the front door, talk to and work with someone who actually sounded as though they valued my business and about things I was handing over into their care. A facility that didn’t smell, all new(er) and clean machines, and didn’t cause me to wonder if I’d be later picking up my laundry with someone else’s remnants on it left over from the previous load. Long story short, so far worth every penny and the extra drive.

Never being to a laundromat before, coming in I had no idea where to start. The gentleman that helped me was patient, informative and funny! He didn't make me feel like an idiot. On a Sunday afternoon at 3:30pm it wasn't too busy. Some machines were down, but they still had plenty that were open. Smelled clean. Looked clean, for a laundromat. Overall, I am very pleased with this place and if I ever need a laundromat again, I'll come here.

Steve is the only reason I continue to return. The dude is funny and will help you and keep you thoroughly entertained from starting your laundry to packing it away in your car. The machines are a little bit more money, but you are paying for the clean facilities and new washers and dryers. Steve is always there if anything happens with your washer or dryer. Thanks for holding me over until I could afford to buy a new washer and dryer. I’ll still return to clean my little house rugs occasionally!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst dump of a laundromat that I have been in since being in Las Vegas. Broken machine no bathroom no running water and the machines are at least 10 to 15 years old. Dirty and run down. Why would anyone come back here again? The owners are not doing anything about this place but taking in the money from people who some reasons don't care about cleanliness.

My washer in my apartment was down for 2 weeks, so I had to use this laundromat. I've been here maybe 8-10 years ago, this place has changed...for the better. It's brighter, cleaner, all the machines work, it's on a card system, and the gentleman working there was friendly.

My clothes dryer broke and I needed a place to go to dry my clothes. Closest place was “Oasis laundromat.” I was met at the door by a gentleman named Steve who made the experience one of the best service experiences I’ve had. He explained how everything worked (They don’t use change anymore, they use cards to buy time on the dryer). He bought me a cuppa coffee, and gave me free Wi-Fi. The dryer did its work and I was out of there. Thanks Steve.

I haven't actually used the service, but am Very upset that they advertise their hours as open until 1am but won't let you in after 11pm. "Last load is at 11:00 then we go into clean up mode." Don't you think that would be IMPORTANT information for someone to know? Especially if someone has travelled quite a distance to use your services? Could you PLEASE post that information for future customers? People can see it down in below the pictures and reviews, but when people look up a place on Google, the look at the location, hours and possibly the review summary. Let people know up front they can't get in past 11pm. Thank you.

So i came here to wash some blankets cause i dont like washing them at home. This is one of the cleanest laundromats in town. But the prices are quite high. But the staff is very friendly and the place is quite lively. It operates its machines by a laundry card. So when you come in the card machine only takes cash or debit/credit card, you select a amount and it issues you a laundry card. What a great convenient way to operate these machines. There are a variety of washer to choose from big or small. That can accommodate your needs. The employee here is amazing and obviously enjoys his job. What a great laundromat. Plus it also offer fast free wifi. 5 stars.

Without exception or reservation the best, nicest, cleanest and friendliest laundromat I have ever been to. Big, beautiful machines. Fun, friendly, helpful associates. Card operated (so no need to bring rolls of quarters from home). There are complaints that this place is more expensive than others, but the machines can do double or more the amount of clothes so it’s more or less a wash (pun very much intended). Hands down, Oasis Laundromat is my go-to place when I need to do laundry and can’t at home.

I read many complaints about things not working, the space being a bit grungy, and rude staff. I have to say, I had a wonderful experience - as far as a laundromat goes. First, I found the cleanliness on par with other laundromats I've frequented. I have to assume that reviewers that found it excessively dirty are not familiar with laundromat culture. Don't expect to want to eat dinner off the floors... Or the chairs... Or the tables. The places aren't massive money makers, so the excess funds available for sprucing it up to your decorating desires may be a bit sparse. They're run by and for the working class. I found Green Valley Coin Laundry perfectly suited to my needs, and beyond. My experience was by far the most pleasant staff I have ever encountered at a laundromat. I walked in and was scoping the place out - where the large capacity washers were, where the dryers were, etc. Within about 15 seconds a very friendly man said "looks like you have questions", and I did. He and his female co-worker were exceedingly friendly, very nice and approachable, and very helpful with pointing out exactly which machines best suited my needs. These guys need a raise. They even have little perks, like if you buy a roll of quarters from them and don't use them all, they'll trade them back in for dollar bills so you don't have to carry around the extra coinage if you don't want to. How sweet! Yes, about half the dryers were out of commission, but that still left about 16 available for use, which was plenty for the semi-busy crowd this afternoon. I found the variety of machines perfect, the quality of the machines exactly what I expected, and the staff made me want to return.

Needed to do laundry when passing through Vegas. I was a little concerned by the characters in the parking lot and the laundromat itself but no one bothered me and it seemed pretty chill once I got in there. It was clean but unfortunately I picked the wrong machine that must have been used last by a crazy cat lady because my clothes came out covered in white cat fur. Mental note: check the machine better next time. I don't expect staff to have noticed that so it's totally my fault. Thank goodness it came off in the dryer. I don't love having to buy a prepaid card to do laundry when I don't live in the area, but it is nice to not have to have cash on hand, so it has its benefits. All-in-all it was a good experience and I'd go back if needed.

Very friendly staff who will walk you through using all the machines, the different capacities for each machine and which ones they think you should use for the kind of laundry you have. They have a card system instead of coins. They also have a dispenser for detergent and fabric softener if you forget like I did. Very clean facilities. The other patrons were also very considerate. Not too busy or hectic which means there's always a machine available---a truly non stressful experience. Word of advice though: look through all your pockets and things before you start!! Lost one of my favorite earrings in a dryer.

It is a secure / clean laundromat with courteous Staff (don't believe me? try the one on Boulder Hwy / Missouri Rd! then be grateful this place IS open!) Do your part to keep the Shopping Center open (be a customer to all of the Stores), Albertson's next door closed (hopefully something new will take its place)!

First time ever using a laundromat. Nice clean laundromat with reliable machines. 3 staff members were onsite, dealt with 2 of them. Woman wasn't very helpful but the young guy walked me through everything. He also came around probably 4 other times to ask how things were going and if I had any other questions. To be fair though, the woman was doing other people's laundry as this is also a full service laundry. Overall, a good experience.

A very nice laundromat. In most places in the country, even in the American Southwest, laundromats do not have air conditioning, but this one does. The place is very clean, the machines are very modern, and the system for paying is very practical. You use a machine to charge a card using cash or credit card. The seating and desks are pretty nice so there is a place for you to sit while you wait for your laundry, which won't be long because the machines clean and dry very fast. Prices are very reasonable too.

This is pitiful! All but one of the larger washers were working! I'd say over 75% of both washers and dryers had "Out of Order" stickers on them. Can't understand why they are even open?! Obviously not to provide a service…. Don't waste your time - try somewhere else!

I have been coming to this laundromat since 2013 when arriving home from my travels and not wanting to get home to do one load at a time. Back then, it was a bit dirty looking, the machines were mostly old top loaders with a lot of them were out of order. For me, it was like an old whole in the wall restaurant, but in the form of a laundromat. I became good friends with all of the staff that worked here, and the owner’s boyfriend was always super nice too. They were a very nice older couple and it was getting a bit hard for them to maintain. I really miss the old feeling of this place and employees. I was truly surprised that one day I arrived from my travels to see that they finally sold it, which they had it up for sale for a long time. Basically everything is new now and newly designed. All new washers and dryers in a variety of sizes. And they still have the counter where you can drop your clothes off for them to wash, dry, fold and/or to place them on hangers for a fee. My favorite days to do my laundry is on a Sunday or Monday when Joey (female) is here; she is super cool and kind. So are the other women that work here. Now the guy Steve is another story. He is overly friendly in almost a creeper type way. (My personal opinion) When i come here, I am usually wanting to focus on something I am listening to on my iPod, something I might be reading on Kindle, or I might just want to focus my thoughts on other things. But this guy is a talker! over explains things that you already know. Stands in front of you looking crazy because you have your earbuds, and he will stand there with a crazy look on his face until you take them out, only for him to to ask is everything okay, then he keeps talking and talking and talking!! He is doing way too much, which made me change the days I come here. Ugh!! I just want to do my laundry and leave. Other than that, it is awesome and secure with front and back shopping along with security for the entire plaza. ;)

Needed to do some laundry before a flight and went with the closest spot I could find. To my pleasant surprise, The gentleman working was incredibly helpful, facilities were clean, offered free coffee/tea/cocoa to customers, and even had wifi. I was expecting to pop in to a Vegas laundromat and be so grossed out I couldn’t stand it, but this was so positive that I had to actually get on my phone and leave a review to commend the staff for a relieving experience.

This laundromat could be so much nicer with a little TLC. We only come here to wash the rugs. The first thing you see is that about 50% of ALL the machines are our of order. The bathroom was out of order and there was dirt and debris all over the floor. Since this was a Wednesday at about Noon and empty I think it should have been a bit cleaner. The caretakers were nice enough just not cleaning or caring for equipment. I would think that in Green Valley it would be a little nicer establishment.

Nice place. Clean with good air conditioning. Washers are good but the smallest machine is 4.00. No top loaders. Dryers sre .25 for 8 mins. Also you have to get a laundry card to use the machines but it wasnt a big deal and takes credit cards. I don't feel like this is a sketchy area. You aren't going to find laundromats in ritzy areas.

*****update***** 7/18/18 I’m Back!! Dryer to the old set finally broke and need to dry laundry until new one arrives. Place is still clean and staff is still friendly... machines still look great and all seem to be working....I’d still recommend!! ***** I haven’t had to use a laundromat in 20yrs!! My washer broke and can’t wait a week until the new one is delivered, so here I am! Lol Found this place on maps. It’s clean, guy working is friendly and explained how it all works. Doesn’t appear to be any broken or inoperable machines. Hopefully I don’t need to come back BUT I would if my washer breaks again! Would recommend

Have used tbis place on occasion for more than 10 years, and watched it deteriorate to the point that I stopped going there....needed a large washer recently so googled, looking for another close by. Boy, what a surprise when I saw the changes - clean, new washers and dryers - it is great!!! My only problem with it is the new "card" system - you have to estimate how much you'll need, and put it on a csrd - and can't get it bsck - have to just use it next time. If not for that, I would have given rhem 5 stars....

This place obviously has new ownership, and it is a great thing. When I last came years ago it was filthy and 80% of the machines were broken. Now it is bright, clean, and everything works well, even the free WiFi. The girl working was very helpful and couldn’t have been nicer. What a pleasant surprise! I highly recommend it especially if you haven’t been in a long time.

The snack machines are very well stocked the washers and dryers are very clean. Yes some are down but due to limited funds it may take some time to fix but there are PLENTY to use. I am from Alaska and was not comfortable using the laundry at the motel I was staying at. Had to do laundry and found this only a few minutes away. Hurried over and manager Lee, a very kind gentleman, was happy to walk me through the easy use of the X-change bills for a laundry card to put in the beautiful new washers and dryers. NO COINS. It is a bright and clean and safe place to park.Open area and Easy access parking in the back side as well. If you park in the 10 minute green zone out front, no worry...to unload. OR a few spaces over park to stay. Last load in at 9:00 P.M. closes at 11:00 opens at 7 a.m. Thank you Lee for making my laundry challenge seamless. So Happy Google found you for me!

I am here right now and I don't see what everyone is whining about! Their snack machines are well stocked, there is NO hideous smell, and the staff are WONDERFUL and EXTREMELY helpful and NICE!!! Sure the place is old, this building has been here for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time!!! Yes, there are a lot of dryers out of order but they are in the process of being repaired! And who hasn't waited forever for someone to come fix your (insert large item like air conditioning unit, washer, dryer, dishwasher)??? Some of you are WAY too judgemental! We will be coming back here. It was very nice! No joke, the nicest laundromat I have EVER been in!!!

This place is under new ownership and best of all ALL BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART WASHERS AND DRYERS!! All of the old reviews about the broken machines machines no longer apply. With the over 80 new machines we were in and out in record time. Both Lee and Steven were pleasant and helpful and the place is clean and spacious. If you are in need of a laundromat in the Henderson area I definitely recommend Oasis. We will definitely be back when I'm out of socks and underwear.

Pricey machines, but worth it since ALL seem brand new and top quality. Staff very helpful! Place is large and VERY clean! BE SURE if you use SOAP PODS to put them INTO THE MACHINE BEFORE PUTTING IN YOUR LAUNDRY! DO NOT put pods into the top where you'd pour liquids, or you'll make a big mess for the staff to clean up (as I found out). This place is so good that we travel from far west Vegas to use it. They don't get better than this!

recently new management has taken over, he will get the place back in order. been there twice and both times repairman are getting the machines back in order. apparently the previous manager removed the water softener and if you live out here you know full well how destructive the water can be if heated and unfiltered. there are still enough machines to go around. i'm heading there now as a matter of fact, i was just looking for the hours of operation. unfortunately i read a couple other reviews and just had to take a moment to say, stop crying.

This is the best Vegas laundromat we have come across on our trips here... Steve was absolutely sensational in assisting us to get started with the card set up, explained the different costs and different size washers and dryers.... really clean premises with brand new equipment ... highly recommend!

Nice machines. Uses a card system, fill the card with the required amount with cash or credit. 3 sizes of machines for different loads. In a strip mall, lots of parking. Could use some extra outlets for cellphone charging.

A little intimidated by the card style laundromat at first. But, the employee Steve approached us and made the experience wonderful. Definitely recommend this location it's very clean, safe, and the staff is pleasant which is unexpected to say the least considering the area. Free coffee and WiFi a little pricey but worth the extra couple bucks.

This place is very clean and so convenient. They have washers that can wash up to six loads at a time in 25 minutes. The machines don't accept coins, they have their own card that you add money to via a machine. I had all my laundry done in less that an hour.

Clean friendly atmosphere, the staff was extremely helpful. Super clean machines and folding tables , along with rolling baskets to move the laundry from washers to dryers. Also plenty of parking available.

Last load is at 11pm. Machines use card only. You can get a free reloadable card from the kiosk and load it with card or with paper money. Really clean. night manager is extremely nice and kind.
