I've used the mint locker service twice. The first time everything was fine. Great 1 day turn around time. The second time, ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I dropped off my boss's coat and button up on Thursday afternoon, I thought to myself, because it's late I wouldn't get the clothes back till maybe Monday. I was fine with that. Then Tuesday came, then Wednesday, so I called their number and Lauren answered. I told her what was going on she said she was going to look for my order. Long story short, no one had any idea where the clothes was. On Thursday morning Michelle called and asked what coat it was because they said they were going to replace it. 30 hours later I get an email telling me the clothes was ready for pick up, not a call, an email. And an offer for my next service free - how about free dry cleaning for a year after all the stress? Overall customer service experience was absolutely terrible. Once I found out they didn't know where the order was I was physically sick. Had it been my clothes, I probably wouldn't have freaked out too bad, but this was my boss's clothes. I will not be using Mint Locker again, nor will I be recommending their service to anyone.

It took a little longer than I expected but that was just because she had to wash my rugs a few times. It is cheap and they did a great job! Even delivered for no charge

Love them!!! I didn’t even know that this was a dry cleaning service facility! I go to the EOS gym on Durango and I see this all the time but when I needed a rush dry cleaning service on Memorial Day Wknd, they popped out of my Google search and I have been using them ever since them ever since!!! Highly recommended with excellent service! Lauren the Manager of the Durango location is so nice and she reached out to me personally when I had an urgent request. She made it happen for me and even waived my rush fee. I won’t use any other company again. Love this one!!!

Absolutely love this service - they have boxes at my apartment.. I leave my clothes, a day later I come back and my clothes are incredibly pressed and ready to go! They even took care of my clothing bag I utilized to drop my clothes off in the locker! Great priced - great customer service - no doubt, my cleaners forever!

Awesome customer service! Turnaround times has always been next-day and they do a perfect job on my clothes. I entrusted them with my new kilt, which I dearly love, and it came back perfect! Although there's no face to face interaction, they are easy and personable to communicate with. I negotiated kilt pricing with them as they were not going to be charging enough for the level of service it requires and that I would be expecting. They even caught an instance where I forgot to remove the kilt pin before sending it in. I don't see how I could be happier with their service!

Mint Locker is the very best; the future of clothing cleaning. I was intrigued by the concept of an app-based cleaner and was deeply impressed with the convenience and service. I received a text at every stage of the transaction and an additional text that asked me if I would like the hem on my pants repaired for an extra $6.00. Absolutely! The overall price is likely slightly higher than competitors but in a world where you often don't get what you paid for, Mint Locker delivers excellence. I'm a forever fan.

6 STARS FOR PAT! So, I've been using Mint Locker almost since they started, and I've always been overjoyed with their convenience and customer service, but TODAY, they went above and beyond. Specifically, Pat. I recently had a business trip and I wore my new suit and my beloved USNA class ring. Owing to a rough travel schedule and being under the weather, I put my ring in my jacket pocket and threw it in my dry cleaning bag the next day. I spent most of past day searching for my ring and thinking that after 22 years, I had lost it. This morning, I got a text from Pat with a picture of my ring, asking if it was mine and if they could return it with my order. It would have been so easy for someone to pawn that ring, or even melt it down for scrap, and I never would have known, but not Pat and not Mint Locker. I'm a customer for LIFE... So... why aren't you?

Dropped my clothes off Tuesday at 7pm and they didn’t start washing them until Friday morning. I called to ask why and they stated they had put it in the wrong bin on accident and they will get them out to me as quick as they can. Got my clothes back at 3:30 and all the collars are ruined on the dress shirts. Wasted my time.

I work an office job, and have always struggled to get to the dry cleaners before they close. I love the Mint Locker. I can now drop off, and pick up my dry cleaning at my convenience. Prices are comparable to traditional dry cleaners, if not better. I would give five stars, but using my credit card to get into the Green Valley location is not as easy as just walking in. All payment is done though the app, so to pull out my credit card to open the door seem archaic. Other than that, a great experience!

I love that I can come and go whenever I want, the prices are good and if they ever have questions about your dry cleaning order they will contact you by email or phone. I never have to worry about not getting there before it closes. You use a credit card to get in and out. Leave your stuff in a locker and it gets returned to a locker. Great idea!

Mint Locker is by far, the best cleaners out there! I have been to many cleaners out here in Vegas but they do not compare to how convenient and effective Mint locker is. Clothes always looks amazing and any repairs I might need done on my clothes, they take care of. I definitely recommend them!
