The owners are absolutely wonderful! We landed in Vegas in Wednesday afternoon and dropped off my wedding dress, 4 bridesmaid dresses and all of the stuff for the groom and groomsmen plus side items for a couple of guests - they had it all ready and absolutely perfect for us to pick up on Friday. We could not have been any happier with the experience and amazing service!!

Let me just say that this is one of the most outstanding businesses in all of Vegas. The owners are fantastic people, have personally helped us on every occasion and know us by name. For three years I've taken my Air Force uniforms as well as many other things to them exclusively and have never had a single problem. Fantastic people that run a quality business and deserve all the support they get. By far the only place to go for any dry cleaning needs.

My boyfriend has been using Master Cleaners for the last year and a half and he loves them! His dry cleaning is always perfect and done on time. Cleanly pressed, neatly hung, ready to be put in the closet or drawers with minimal fuss. Amazing. On top of that, any time I’ve picked up his cleaning, Haig (the owner) has remembered me. He’s just the sweetest guy and good customer service kind of thing that makes the difference to us. A true gem.

Let me start by saying the guy that works there was the sweetest gut ever and because of all the great reviews I seen i decided to try this place out. I brought my comforter there to get cleaned... left it there for almost a week and was charged 40 dollars and when I got it home and took it out the bag and put it on my bed I could tell it never had been even cleaned...it had a couple little stains on it previously from Apple juice and a few pen marks...easily seen as its and all white comforter...first thing I noticed is they were all still on it and that comforter didn't have a smell like it had been even washed at all and it wasn't nice and white looking like i expected..i was trying to avoid a laundry mat at all costs that's why I picked this place... well i ended up taking it to the laundry mat this morning and sure enough the stains are all gone and pen marks and my comforter is bright and white again and smells clean....i had high hopes for this place as they had great reviews but I am very disappointed and upset I just waisted 40 dollars on it for it to never be cleaned at all...i am a single mom and could have used that money on my son

I took two garments to this store, one of which is a red velvet coat, and the other a thin shirt. I have had the coat laundered at a dry cleaner before who did a great job and brought back the shine. However I am new to Vegas and needed it cleaned. I took it here because it's one of a kind and don't want it messed up- and Master Cleaners is very highly rated between yelp and google. I must say I am massively disappointed. The coat looks the same as when I brought it in. And the shirt they couldn't get the stains out. I paid $11 to get it cleaned perfectly. These people charged me $20 for it to smell less because that's the only noticeable difference. And $4 for the other shirt they could not clean. The last cleaner I used warned me about potential hiccups, but it didn't matter because they cleaned it so well. This place is very friendly- and I think for the purpose of ripping you off. I'm willing to pay more to get the job done. They didn't. That's that. If you want to get robbed, take your clothes here. Lesson learned. Bye. My Response to Owner: You clearly feel the need the defend yourself. I'm sorry to hear about your folks health problems, but I paid for something that they did not deliver on. Maybe they clean other items well, but the simple fact is my shirt and coat are not clean and I gave you money that I will not get back. Red velvet is soft and shiny- my coat is not soft and shiny because it is dirty and I want it cleaned. The last place I took it made it so after I paid them $11. I gave you almost twice that and got nothing. I just got off the phone with my grandmother. I'm going to mail my items to her and have them taken to where I took them before. I'll take before and after photos and even post them. I hardly ever leave reviews but I simply feel robbed.

The owner recognises my car as I pull up and has my clothes ready for me. He remembers my name and is always so cheerful and positive. My girlfriend and I take turns picking up my clothing because the owner is such a joy to interact with. This was the 3rd dry cleaner I tried because the other 2 ruined clothes of mine. I'm so pleased with their work, I drive way out of my way to take my clothes here.

I never leave reviews but this owner deserves it, I came in the afternoon on Friday and needed my clothes done by Saturday morning. They had already shut down the machines for the day (most places tell you are S.O.L. at that point) But he told me he would take care of me and he did. Clothes turned out great and we're done ahead of schedule. Awesome to see such good customer service!

GREAT SERVICE! The man who owns and runs the business is as nice as one could be!The first time I came here I just needed one shirt pressed and asked for heavy starch. I was only there for a minute or two tops and they rushed the job at not additional cost. When I came back not only did the gentleman remember my name, but he also didn't heavy starch the shirt...WHY YOU ASK!? Well the short was brand new and he explained to me that to heavy starch the shirt right out the gate would cause it to shrink, but the next time it would be fine to do so! He took care to focus on my needs and not my wants...you rarely see that in this day and age. This is the ONLY place I will bring my cleaning no matter how far I may have to drive!

Went in with 18 pieces of clothing which she said would cost $98 was told they couldnt do it same day which seemed to make the lady I was speaking with angry when I asked for same day than I asked how long would it take and she just started yelling how it couldnt be done fast she would talk over me whenever I tried to speak worst service ever! A bit further down the road I went to a dry cleaner that was $30 cheaper and provided same day and was extremely polite

We needed a Cleaner thru our 3-week Vegas stay, and read the positive reviews about Master Cleaners. We had our laundry there two times, and both times the service was perfect. Nice small family business, where the customer is still served by the manager :-)
