It is always clean and the workers are very friendly and helpful. They have a prepaid card system that you can load up and then use for washing, drying, buying laundry supplies and food within the store. Every time you use the card you earn point toward $$ being added to your card. They also have an app to track the amount on your card and what washers and dryers are in use. I would definitely recommend the Laundry Lounge to anyone and everyone.

This place is amazing! We got a personalized tour by Ms Wendy. She showed us how to become member to earn rewards with a fascard. You can do small loads and up to 80lbs! Great price and a convenient location, what more could a busy family ask for!

first time there, going in it looks beautiful but going in more, over priced washer machines, i used there 5.50 washer machines and i swipe my card and it charges me 10 dollars off and the lady said it has something to do w my bank that it should take the 5.50 off when the transaction is done, once im done folding and packing up my 10 is still gone. The dryers suck here too. i was so unhappy with this new laundry matt

Had a 5x7 rug in desperate need of a real washing. Saw a review that said that this place had industrial size washers. Called and spoke with Jess. She was awesome! Gave great information and even offered to help me shelp my rug Into the laundromat from my car. Very busy and the electricity blipped. Jess gave extra care to go around to all the washers in use to make sure that they restarted. Place is exceptionally clean. Highly recommend

My washer broke recently and had to do 4 loads of laundry today on April 30th. I google laundry mat near me and came across Laundry Lounge at Hancock Plaza. I was greeted by the laundry personal and was asked if I had any questions. Exceptional customer service by Wendy! With not going to laundry mat since my younger age, Wendy helped me through the process to get started. I was impressed on how clean the laundry mat was kept. I would recommend to anyone who needs to do laundry to come here! Kudos to the Personal Wendy for outstanding customer service!! I will be back to do my bedding!

Last wash is at 9:00pm; however make sure you go by there clock inside, because it is 5 minutes fast! I walked in the door just four minutes before there 9:00 last load policy and was refused service. All I wanted to do was wash, because my washer went out at home. I didn’t want to dry, but wasn’t allowed to explain myself because she just gave me a flat, “sorry, I go by that clock.” This is just bad business and inconsiderate! I would put zero stars if I could!

This is the first time I have been to this location. I was impressed with how clean and efficient the machines are. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. Julia and Brianna were absolutely fabulous and very informative as far as th drop off service. I would definitely recommend this place. They are also opening another location further north on Academy so that will definitely be closer to home... but I believe that it was well worth the trip to travel to the Hancock location. Keep up the great service.

This place was one of the nicest laundromats I've been to since living in Nevada... Super clean and plenty of washer and dryers. Free drying when you wash and super fast in an out without waiting on machines the lady that runs it is super nice and always there to help. They even have a bar with gambling machines and non alcoholic beverages at a very good price. Makes doing laundry so much more fun.

Used to have barely hot water, but last time I went I’m sad to say they have NO HOT WATER, it’s all only cold even when selecting hot! Hard to sanitize without hot water. When I clean in public, I want hot water to really clean. As low as $3.25 for the small washer with free dry is a great deal. When I was there the owner turned on the golden state warriors game for me which was cool.

Très Expensive! Largest washing machine costs $8.25 Smallest washing machines cost $2.75. All machines go up 25 cents extra for warm 50 cents extra for hot. Dryers are 25 cents per 8 minutes. Washers leave clothes wetter then other machines whereby increasing the drying time. Yes, they are new machines, however a business should not expect such a quick return on investment that the pricing for services defeats the business model. Chairs are ok, they were sticky & needed better cleaning. Smokers were not discouraged from lighting up right next to the open front doors, nothing like cleaning your laundry to have it come out stinking with cigarette smoke. The vending machine dispenses sodas in such a shaken manner that each time a customer opened one they would explode all over the floor. Switch to non-carbonated beverages or ensure the staff properly cleans the floors. Handing a towel & spray to the customers is not adequate. Overall it is a new establishment, that is a welcome sight to the south side of Colorado Springs. All new business have growing pains, wish them well in their endeavor.

Cleanest laundrymat ive had the fortune to find. Susanne is diligent and courteous with any questions ive had. The machines are top notch, efficient, and dont have residual smell in them. Lots of room for people to get around each other in their business as well. The guest wifi is stable and fast. The prices are fair for what seem to be fairly new machines, and i didnt see an out of service sign on anything. I know where i am doing my laundry from now on, for my needs it is by far the most convenient laundromat in colorado springs.

I had a king size mattress pad which was too big for my home washing machine. Laundry lounge was a very pleasant surprise. The industrial sized machines were clean, affordable and there were so many that there was no wait. The business is always staffed and the attendant was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Warning: warm water costs twenty-five cents and hot water costs fifty cents OVER what the machine readout says. That makes them more expensive than comparable machines at other mats. HOWEVER, the dryers I used were very efficient and made up for the extra cost of hot water. All in all the expense was the same as at other laundromats in the city. The place is well lit, very clean, exceptionally roomy, and the attendant was polite. The other patrons were also polite. I will go back so long as the dryers continue to make up for the dumb extra cost for hot water.

Wow, this place is amazing and the staff is super friendly and helpful to. I use to run a laundry mat and worked hard to keep it super clean. With this place being new everything is is perfect but I was able to speak yo the owner and she said that their will always be staff on duty to maintain the cleanliness and insure everything is running properly. Also noticed one of the staff members stalking the vending machine with bags from the next door Dollar Tree with product selling a mark up of 4.50 for softner. It looks nice, but it is highly overpriced compared to what’s around town.

I do my laundry here often! It’s always clean and neat. The washers and dryers and also always clean. Many different sizes to choose from. They also have products for sale if you for get your laundry detergent. They also offer and drop off service and a pick up service that’s reasonably priced. I’ve used that service as well and my clothes came back folded nicely and packaged to keep them from getting any dirt when delivered. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I have been going off and on over 20 year and will never return after this last visit. washers will only put so much water in even when they are not full. The up grades they supposably have been doing have not included putting in sensors or are turning the sensors off 40 lb machines. I have to send my clothes through twice just to get them clean. This last visit I filled the washer with the proper weight and the water only turned on a few times. Then got told I over stuffed a washer that is good for at least 4 loads. I will never return agian

Modern, Nice, and Clean Laundromat. I really like the industrial look and my daughter and I really liked the lights. Staff is really friendly. I bought a 12 oz can of coke ($1.25) from the vending machine, and when I opened it, it fizzed out of the can, I should have waited, luckily there was one of the attendants who saw what happened, and cleaned it up. And let me into the bathroom, to clean my hands and wipe off the can. Thank you, whomever you are I really appreciated it! The big machines only cost, 6.75 per load- I could fit 2 over-sized loads into the big machine vs. my broken washing machine at home. Medium size cost 5.75 per load- I fit my husband's full hamper into it. Dryers gave you 8 minutes of drying time for a quarter. My few complaints/dislikes are, there was no air conditioning on tonight (8-12-2019), they only had one door open, with all the dryers going. There isn't enough ventilation going through one door being propped open. I was sweating, trying to cool off. My can of coke, was slightly warm when it came out of the cool vending machine. So I don't know if its from it being warmed tonight or they just put new cans in. I forgot my laundry detergent. I wish they would have carried other brands that what they offered, i.e. Tide, Purex, Persil. They had a brand that I think was similar to woolite. It had a very neutral smell, and the fabric softeners were a decent variety to choose from. Overall pleasant experience.

Clean and friendly facility but the machines are ridiculous overpriced and the dryer's don't dry very well. My clothes did not get entirely clean and one of the washers had some sort of oil/grease residue from a previous use, so my clothes had grease stains all over them. I tried washing again but some were ruined so I had to throw half of my clothes away. So I happily went back to our old location on Airport and Academy. I spend less then $15 and they have different options of setting, like an extra rinse and heavy soil which I loved because of my twins and infant. On top of that my clothes dry within 16 minutes.

My washer is broken and its 2-3 weeks for a new one, so I used the wash & fold drop off service. Both ladies I dealt with were very pleasant. The place was clean and nice. My clothes, all 40 lbs, were ready in one afternoon and look and smell clean. I will use them again if I have a need.

This is a terrific and friendly place. I am traveling and needed to wash clothes. I called ahead to get information. Wendy was very helpful and informative. You can pay with coin, debit or credit card. Wednesday is $1.00 for the 20 lb washers. Wish we had one like this where I live.

The best. Free wifi. Free dry. Let you use the bathroom which apparently some people started disallowing. The man working was very kind and personable. Computer gambling, arcade games, snack bar, some kind of fenced in play area outside. Best laundromat ever. ETA: $3.50 wash with free dry. $2 Thai iced tea

We were there for the first time on 4/17 and I had at least 20 loads of laundry to do, the staff that was there was amazing, she was interactive and very friendly. She held the door for us while we brought in everything, we used all 4 of the big washers and all of the next size down, she helped me with the loyalty card which I think was amazing and saved us some money. I was so busy but the place was big enough for all my stuff and for everyone else that came in, I didn’t feel as though I was taking up the washers because there were plenty. The place is clean and brings in a nice crowd of people! We will be returning anytime we need any big laundry done. This place is amazing!
