By far the best at what they do! When we moved into our current house, the carpets were absolutely destroyed by the previous tenants and since we rent from a private owner, carpet cleaning was left up to us. I did A LOT of research on the best and most cost effective carpet cleaners in the Reno/Sparks area and even though at the time, Hulk didn't have many reviews, the reviews that they did have were all positive, so I decided to take a chance on a small company and I couldn't be happier that I did!! Brian and his brother were both very friendly, fast, and incredibly kind! They went above and beyond what they had to do and I have never been more impressed by the results! The carpet looked brand new and there wasn't a single stain left, which is incredible considering the massive 3ftx3ft red stain in the middle of the living room! Nearly a year later and my carpet still looks amazing!!! Stains are easy to get out and traffic stains have just faintly started after an entire year! We're about ready for our next carpet cleaning and Hulk are the only ones I'll call!!!

Purchased a Groupon, over the amount needed have 4 rooms purchased 9 room deal due to having stairs. Company would not work with me on the deal at all. They made me go through the trouble of canceling and re ordering. Having to wait 10days for a refund then go somewhere else. Just not a good business practices!

Baron came over today and OMG what a thief! Every time I turned around he was stealing stuff. Well, not exactly stuff, but Stains! LOTS OF THEM! He stole them from the bedrooms, he stole a big one from the living room. HE EVEN STOLE THE PEE STAINS FROM THE CARPETED BATHROOM! WHO DOES THAT! Watch out for this thief or he will steal your stains too. Fair Warning. He showed up on time! (ok, not exactly true...he showed up three minutes early) He did the job for EXACTLY what he quoted! Who does that anymore!

Highly Recommend! Baron is not your run-of-the-mill carpet cleaner; he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work...something unusual in this day in age. I attribute this to the fact that he is the owner/operator of his business and doesn't have an army of short-term workers like some of the big outfits. His equipment is nice, and I especially like the Rotovac. He's incredibly down-to-Earth, takes his time, and is a pleasure to talk to.
