Solid dry cleaner and friendly staff. I’ve never had an issue here and always receive prompt service. There is a one dollar fee for using cards to pay which seems a bit excessive but I understand it. I usually just bring cash or don’t worry about the fee. They also have a very nice tailor who was very helpful with a few small repairs and alterations. Join their VIP club for a discount.

Elena the tailor does great work..my friend was head buyer at Zappos and always uses her for her expensive designer clothing. They care for your garments like they are all from Gucci or Hermes..consistent beautiful results!

Never use this cleaners, the pricing are fair, but in terms of cleaning your garments and being responsible for damage to your clothes the customer service is extremely POOR!

One star is to many. We have been going there for 3 years this was the first encounter with the owner and we will not be going back. We brought a pair of Levi 501 jeanss to be dry clean (like we always do and they washed them and ruin them.) We did not ask them to wash the jeans and have never had an issue before. When speaking with the owner trying to get the issue resolved he raised his voice. He snatched a paper out of my hand and said "what you don't know how to read." As a customer (especially a frequent customer) I have never been spoken to like that before, anywhere! Needless to say my issue was not resolved and I will not be going back.

You get what you pay for. I had been using this cleaners for years for my normal work clothes such as blouses and slacks etc. I then took in a very expensive Donna Karen cardigan sweater that had been worn TWICE!! Something in the back of my head told me not to but I had had no problems before with the dry cleaning aspect of the company so I went for it. When I got the cardigan back there were two holes in the back of the sweater. I pointed it out to the counter girl who immediately called the owner over. The owner immediately became defensive and told me that the holes had to have been there when I brought it in and that they would have never put holes in any garment because it's checked several times as it goes through their processes. She also stated that any holes or problems with any garment are marked when taken in so that the customer knows that it didn't happen there at the cleaners. This I know to be actually not correct because as I said I've used the cleaners for years and the items or merely counted shoved in a bag and thrown in a bin. Needless to say the owner was unwilling to come to any compromise about my ruined $125.00 sweater. The most annoying part about this whole situation was the way the owner looked at me as if I was lying about the condition of the sweater in the first place. I can guarantee you I would not have taken a sweater with a bunch of holes in it to the cleaners to be cleaned. I would have taken it to Goodwill. Bottom line is if you have everyday apparel the cleaners is not bad, and the prices are reasonable. If you have nice things however stay far far away.

PLEASE BE AWARE AND FORWARNED! I had been a faithful patron of this establishment for 5 years so much so that the employees knew me by face. Two years or maybe a tad longer management changed. I start noticing stains left on collars and pressing wasnt as good (double creases in pants, collars not ironed down, etc.) As a performer, I have expensive garments in which I entrusted with this cleaners. One of my expensive suits I noticed that the button had been broken. I had it repaired and upon bringing it back pointed it out to the extremely nice employee that took my clothing. I asked her if they could be careful as I had to replace the button because they broke it last time. When I came to pick up clothes, button was broke again. The same nice employee was there who reported me to the owner. He was extremely rude, condescending and no remorse towards damaged garment. I told him I would report them to the better business bureau in which he arrogantly responded, "go ahead, we are not a part of them and you still are not getting a refund!" Note, I never asked for a refund but did point out the damage that had been done to suit. They will never have to worry about my business again and if you care anything for your clothing, I advise you not patronize this establishment. Also, this is false advertisement as it is 2.50 per most garments.
