So many washers! Regular ones, big ones, JUMBO ones! This place also has the best high speed dryers around. I've been in Reno from out of state for several weeks, and I have been here each week for laundry. Just over an hour, wash and dry. Have a beer and pretzel, play some video poker while you wait.

Came here with my two kids, and we had a blast. (Well, I did at least.) The machines are clean and efficient. Dryers work great. Staff is VERY friendly. And let's not mention you have seating, games, music, TV and a bar with refreshments and snacks. I will be back.

Great laundromat. Prices are reasonable and the machines are well kept. You can get food and beer while you wait for your laundry to finish. You can play slots our pool also. They also have a fluff and fold starting at a dollar a pound if you don't want to do your own laundry.

This is the laundromat to go to. Relaxed, very clean with a bar, snacks, pool table and much more. A nice variety of machines & prices per load to accommodate. The staff is really helpful, very friendly and on property all the time. There are change and detergent machines, still - bring enough quarters and give yourself plenty of time here. Parking does get full early and the lot is icy in winter as well. One of the best local discoveries in Reno.

Had to come here to catch up on laundry as we had problems with our electrical and couldn't use the dryer. Never been to a laundromat in my 50+ years. I couldn't have been more delighted. What a nice, clean and wonderful place! The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Machines work great and it was fun just to sit, chill and have an adult beverage while my clothes washed and dried. Who knew doing laundry could be so fun! My thanks to the owners, managers, and employees at Duds and Suds. You run a top notch operation and I highly recommend your company!

I miss the lady who worked there before! What the heck? The new lady really? Absent minded! Seems lost and shut down confused and can't understand her much really! Not very outgoing at all to be serving at a bar and a laundromat! I used to love this place but yeah I waited pretty long to ask something simple the lady seemed like maybe she didn't care much for being there. Not coming here any more! Find someone who loves their job what the heck were you thinking to make the switch you did??? The new lady doesn't clean out the machines and a lot of people use the washers for animal bedding and blankets! Yuck the extra big washers don't use them for your clothing! Horse blankets go in there quite often!

Monday 4/23 I’ve been going to the S&D south facility weekly for almost 4 years. The place was clean, safe and staff always friendly. Today I decided to use the laundry services because I was strapped for time. New person I’d not seen there before. I was treated with attitude and rudeness. I had to move trash boxes and laundry carts from in front of the weights and after loading half of it decided that the woman had no interest in my business and therefore I had no intrest in giving her business money. Called her out on her attitude and poor customer service and took it to the sweetest folks at theVassar and Wells laundromat. Bye Felicia.

At first I loved this facility but unfortunately I'm taking my business elsewhere after a handful of negative factors/experiences. 1) I've had 3 different staff members be incredibly rude and unprofessional to me on 3 different occasions. Yes, everyone has bad days, I get that. But it's no excuse to be utterly disrespectful to your patrons. 2) Washer quality. My clothes don't get clean. Ever. Small or large loads, different washers, different laundry detergents (including the company's special detergent). Because of the convenience of the location & the otherwise (up til that point...) nice atmosphere, I stuck with the facility despite having to hand-wash caked on debris off multiple pieces of clothing after they'd been through the washer and dryer. 3) I officially decided to take my business elsewhere after the facility started prohibiting outside food/drink in a shameless act of greed to attempt to force patrons to purchase severely overpriced items from the incredibly limited menu at the bar.... (this happened right about the time they bought a full set of brand new video & prize claw gaming machines.... couldn't be hurting THAT badly financially.) Some of us don't want to eat junk food and beer for dinner during the only time of the day we have to do laundry, tyvm. (And, yes, some of us did notice that some of your staff changed the TV channel from a show patrons were actively watching to the Food Network on more than one occasion.... Com'mon, seriously?!) And besides just not wanting to eat crap, some of us have medical restrictions & needs that don't fall within your bar's offerings. Guess what? My medical needs are NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS! I don't need to explain why and when I do and don't eat and drink what to a perfect stranger cause you're f'ing greedy. Greed of all forms is sickening & makes people do incredibly stupid things like try to force people to eat and drink garbage to make extra money. Unfortunately a general attitude of entitlement among the staff and company greed have turned an otherwise fantastic facility into an unpleasant and inconvenient experience. If you are hurting financially I'd pull back on the greedy crap like trying to tell people WHAT they can eat/drink while they wait for their laundry, and start teaching your staff to treat patrons with respect, dignity and appreciation. THAT will bring you the business you need rather than your current plan that drives customers elsewhere. It's your business. You can do what you want. But actions & attitudes have consequences. Your choice.

I live in The Highlands near Reno at 7000 feet elevation so naturally things break down up here and our water well was one of them! We have water hauled in temporarily so in order to preserve water, we wash clothes at this awesome place. It's clean, affordable, and accommodating with food and beverages.

If I could give this place a "0 star rating, I would".....absolutely nasty place. The washers are FULL of dog hair. They let anyone wash their dog beds there. Unless you want your clothes covered in embedded dog hair....STAY AWAY.

There are much better places to go to do laundry. I will go to those in the future.
