Clean machines and free, clean restrooms. Always an attendant on duty and a bar with beer on tap and hot snacks for sale. They don't allow any outside food or drinks, tho

It was horrible tthe attendent allen ignored me and was very rude to me when i first entered. I came at 8:15pm loaded washer left out he locked doors at 9pm, i asked to enter at 915pm.he ignored me while counting his drawer very cold outside, he opened door and immediately yelled u cant come back n if u leave out after 9, i said there is no sign ima call the police on you. What did i do say where is the rule so i broke the law? No he dont need to be employed there i have a brain tumor and disable he was very mean to me for nothing

Very nice staff. Adam and Dominique are fantastic management. Our construction crew came in at 8 pm on a Friday and we were treated very well. Numerous washers and dryers. ALL were operational. Good beer on draft. TV's. Highly recommend.

I used to LOVE this place the only issue we had were some rude staff members from time to time. (Not the Guy with the black hair (Adam?). he was great.) But recently the machines weren't providing hot water so My wife complained and asked for a refund. the woman could not give less of a care and made it clear there was nothing she would do if she could. She was rude AF so my wife asked for her managers info she told her the manager was unavailable. wouldn't give up her name. said the manager was on vacations for 6 months. must be nice to be on vacation for HALF A YEAR. yea right. so My wife continued to ask for a way to contact the manager going as far saying she would write them a note and that she just wanted a refund. The machine costs $8.00. the Woman who's name is Rae or Ray or whatever said if my wife called her manager she would get fired. She began acting erratic and nervous and finally called her Manager who conveniently returned from vacation apparently. The manager heard only Rays side and told her to call the police on my wife. the police came and told her she had to take her wet clothes out of the machines and leave and that Duds and Suds does this often. they say there's nothing they can do in this scenario. apparently the cashier/janitor who is unfit to handle a small complaint is always right at Duds N Suds. You did us wrong after all the people we told about you. After all the money we pumped into you, you treated us like some vagrant off the street. Not Adam tho. That guy is too good for that place. I hope he finds work more worthy of your high level of hospitality and attentiveness. I'm going back and changing all my "Duds and Suds" reviews across all medias. Thanks for nothing.

I usually go to South Reno location, but there was an incident there, so they were going to open late. What could go wrong with doing laundry? I witnessed a staff member and a customer in a shouting match. Although the customer was in the wrong, why feed the nonsense? This is a beautiful place. However, I prefer the south location.

I have been doing my laundry here for a year. Sometimes there are really violent movies on, I really hate that, especially when children are in the building. Today I walked in to do my laundry, and the music was so loud, I turned around and left. It was vibrating off the walls loud. I just want to do my laundry, that's all. Now I have to drive far away to do my laundry elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.. June 16, 2017 I gave your laundry mat more stars. The place has improved. No violent movies, no loud music. The place is clean and I am feeling better about coming here. I really appreciate your efforts!! Update: The music was loud and bouncing off the walls. My last attempt to make this place my favorite laundromat. Maybe pay more to acquire better help?

We had about 5 loads of laundry so this place popped up on the google maps. You can have a beer and a dog while doing your laundry. They have some table top gambling and clean restrooms. You can even have your laundry dropped off and they will do it for you. The machine were updated and clean but a bit pricey. We had no problem being there but if you like feeling secure this may not be the place for you. Some loud music and thought maybe someone was going to ask me for a cigarette( if you know what I mean). Happy laundering!

This place is great. They have large capacity washers that can wash 4, 6, and 10 loads at once. The awesome thing about this place is that you don't have to pop 24 quarters into a machine. You can ask staff to put it on your credit card and they will start the machine for you, using their key! There are good snacks, soda, wine and beer at reasonable prices. One of the staff members will even show/help you to fold a fitted sheet. Avoid going on Saturday or Sunday if you can because those are definitely their busiest days of the week. They also offer drop off services.

Not happy with the price for a load of laundry. $3.00! Where I am from it is not this expensive. Also, no food and drink allowed from outside probably because they don't want to clean up after people(it's not that hard to clean up after myself), but also because they sell their own concession type food and that would take away from their business, as they are not great options ( candy, nachos and cheese/chili, chips, pretzels, hotdogs, etc)

Had to go do my Cal King Comforter. The gal there was.. Fantastic. She mixed me up a potion to help with the cleaning process. Very insightful. Told me which washer would work best. Then showed me how to perfectly dry it without any damage. I was very, very impressed.

It was clean with several sizes of washers and dryers. Plenty of seating, video games, slot machines, a snack bar and bar. Also offers wash and fold service. There is also someone on staff if you need halo or change. I did find it to be a little pricey.

By far one of the best laundry experiences I've had in Reno. Very well lit, exceptionally clean (the lady was literally cleaning the machines as people finished with them), and just generally felt good in there. Thanks for the great experience guys! Bar service is available with snacks while you wait in addition to some casino games, arcade games, and TVs scattered around.

I have been going to Duds'n and Suds on S. Virginia for a few months now and so when I had some errands to run in North Town I thought I would just go to there North Location.. Bad Idea.. The North Town Duds'n Suds is nothing like the awesome establishment in the South of Town.. I surprises me that they may even be owned by the same people. North towns version is a some what run down smelly place. It took a few minutes to find a clean washer that I was even willing to put my clothes in. Then when I went and found a seat I was overwhelming taken by the smell of urine. I can only assume that it was wafting from the bathrooms nearby. The single staff member that I could find was friendly enough, But not very professional in her mannerism or interaction with what i can only assume was a regular customer. I understand the novelty of having beer served at the same place I do laundry and I can not say that I have not taken advantage of that service.. But in the end this is a laundromat and "Family Friendly" not you local BAR.. So for the staff to interact in that manner even with a guest was very unprofessional. TLDR; Nothing like there other location, Somewhat dirty and aged machines, Treated more like a bar then a laundromat, DON'T Go unless thats your scene, Stick to the S. Virginia Location..

Washers get clothes clean as advertised.. Mostly newer Huebsch Originators.. huge capacities available and the dryers are pretty decent..

It's spacious, bright, and clean with ample room to sit. The machines were decently sized and efficient. The food options and beer were nice while waiting, too. It's not the cheapest place, and their hours end at 9 pm, so it's not the most convenient place in town either, but it's very comfortable. Wifi is posted on the wall too. I was also happy as an Asian man, to not experience some of the abrasion some places in town had shown me. The onsite staff was, while not overly friendly, certainly polite and willingly helpful.
